Such an amazing house in a location close to Pendle Hill and Fence Gate Inn and surrounding suburbs. Stayed here once before and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Pristine and has everything you need. Spacious and we enjoyed every part of it. Highly recommend!

The bed is sublime. You must try it. Great gaff, great views, great hosts, can’t ask for more. Pendle Hill is about 10 miles away for walkers, options are rife on Uber Eats for the relaxers, the fire pit is there for the holiday makers. Massive thanks to Chloe and Reece for their fabulous hospitality, thoroughly enjoyed my time in Southfield. Will definitely be back!

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Just wanted to say we had a wonderful stay for the one night. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The garden is magical, beautiful and very tranquil. Along with the hot tub. Night time we sat in the little gazebo lit up with candles and heated burner. Got to say it was just peaceful. The dogs enjoyed it too, great for them all enclosed. Five paws up. The house was supplied with everything you could ask for. Milk in the fridge, coffee and tea. Fantastic shower and powerful. Along with shower gels and shampoo. Great host, very approachable and kind. In a lovely location and looked like a lovely pub just a short walk away. Will definitely will return soon thank-you.
