Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Proximity to a large grocery store, Vättern with swimming and a few kilometers to a beautiful forest and outdoor area with activities and several cross-country trails "Öxnegården" and there are beautiful Vätterbankarna even closer Also within walking distance to Huskvarna Folkets Park with concerts and other events, and walking distance to Elmia and Jönköping Concert Hall.

Welcome to Kaxholmen. Enjoy the view of the lake, look around our beautiful village with apple orchards and beautiful views. Go up to Vistakulle and check out the views of Lake Vättern and Landsjön. Shop locally at Rudenstam in Gisebo or have a coffee & shop at Grafitgrå at the swimming area in Kaxholmen. Take a trip to Jönköping, Huskvarna or Gränna/Visingsö, etc. In Kaxholmen, we also have a grocery store, Ica, and a Pizzeria about 1 km from our house. Note: The house is smoke & animal-free!

Stugan har det mesta då det kommer till bekvämlighet. Fullutrustat kök, bäddsoffa, dubbelsäng och badrum. Därtill wifi och tv med Netflix etc. Utomhus finns ett trädäck med grill, bord samt stolar och utomhuseldstad. Har ni barn i sällskapet finns ytor att springa runt på, gunga samt åka rutschkana.

My place is close to Vätterstranden and Liljeholmsparken, where you can get by a short walk. Bus stop to the central parts of Jönköping, about 3 km away, is a few minutes walk from the apartment. You'll love my place because of the nice view of Lake Vättern and Jönköping. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The toilet with shower is small but works very well. The beds are made and the towels are provided.
