Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

In a quiet location and a few minutes' walk from the ocean, we offer a detached house with 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. Completely refurbished, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The house is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Deer and doe cabin

A wooden treehouse integrated into nature, with a raised terrace and walkway, will allow you to discover the park where deer and does live. for the price of 120 euros, linens and towels are included in the rental for 4 people with breakfast. We offer evening meals served in the cabin for an extra 12 euros per person, excluding drinks
