Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lakewood

Beautiful view! The home was very nice and comfortable, quiet neighborhood (there were some roosters but that didn't bother us, it wasn't too loud) Light switches were all labeled, main bed was comfortable. It might have been nice for blackout curtains in the main bedroom, but waking up to that view was amazing! Only one side of the couch reclined, which was fine for us. The hot tub was relaxing, note that the jets weren't very strong, but we still enjoyed it. It is about a 25 minute drive to get to some good restaurants. And you have to drive about 5 minutes to one of the State parks for beach access (there are a few that are really close by!) The place was exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful peaceful stay! We loved our stay and would stay again!

House was lovely. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Host was super attentive and followed up with asking if I needed a window fan when the week we came was unusually warm.

I have stayed here several times when visiting my children and grandchildren in the area. The home is clean, spacious and well appointed. The backyard is very nice and the neighborhood quiet ( other than a little traffic noise on occasion). Shopping is nearby should you need anything and you have easy access to I-5. My family has grown accustom to visiting me here and all say that it feels like a “home away from home”.

Lora was very flexible with the time that we were able to check in. She daily checked in with us to see if there was anything that she could assist us with. We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank Lora for a wonderful place to stay.

What a great Tacoma getaway! So close to everything we wanted to see, so cozy and comfortable when we returned home. We loved everything from the yard and outdoor sitting area to the well-appointed kitchen to the comfy sofa in the living room. The home had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Miles's place. It was everything we hoped it would be. Just like a home away from home. The house was clean and cozy and perfect for a couple who want to spend time in Tacoma. We picked this location because it was close to where our family lives, so we could visit them frequently, go for walks at Point Ruston and Point Defiance Park and visit Proctor and the other fun neighborhoods in the area. Excellent Supermarkets, too.

We loved staying for the week at Tate's charming bungalow. The space is exactly as described. Immediately, we felt liked we'd come home to our own space. The house is incredibly comfortable and had all the necessary touches to make our stay comfortable. We loved the backyard area. Such a beautiful and quiet retreat to come back to after a day of exploration. Tate is a wonderful host, and we look forward to staying again on future visit's to Tacoma!

Victorias place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The Captains Quarters are a must stay place if you’re in long branch/lakebay. It felt like we were truly a captain of a ship, especially since the view was absolutely amazing. Victoria was so responsive, kind, and gave local recommendations. The private beach is even more gorgeous than the pictures, and it felt like a getaway from home. Our only regret is that we didn’t do more on the property! Would definitely stay here again. Props to Victoria and the amazing space!

My mother and I had a wonderful and tranquil stay. The grounds are beautiful, the water view breathtaking, and the fireplace kept us cozy. We are looking forward to staying here again next year.

Perfect place to recover after surgery. The variety of places to sit and relax was excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook including good quality knives and cookware (much better than many other places I've stayed). Lots of thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs, outdoor blankets, binoculars to watch birds and boats, extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive to a couple of special needs and we enjoyed the baked goods they provided. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants or grocery stores which was fine for us. It was perfect for rest and relaxation.

We always enjoy our stay with Jeanna and Carlie. The apartment is perfect for us. Close to family and amenities. We’ll be back.

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The view, the scenery, the lake, it was quiet and very peaceful. I had to work all weekend and still felt rejuvenated when we left. The WiFi worked great and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and will stay again next.

Due to airline delays and mechanical problems, we did not get to the Airbnb until 2 AM. Thankfully, Thomas had provided the code to get into our place. We were provided with different types of coffee and teas, water, a very comfy bed, walk-in shower and lots of outlets, among other things. Thomas was very nice, gracious and helpful . We will definitely use them again.

The apartment was super clean, really comfy, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and relaxing — like a little home away from home.

This was my second time at the Woodsy Retreat and it was wonderful, again. Enjoyed a hike through the State Forest, the hot tub, and all the goodies and snacks! Perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

We had a wonderful and peaceful vacation weekend in Allyn! Fang’s home was easy to get to and settle into. We loved watching the water and tides, and it was easy to walk to restaurant, coffee shops and more. We spent most of our days on day trips in the region (Staircase Ridge & Hama Hama Oysters, and the Tacoma Zoo). This was the perfect place to recharge. We also loved the kayaks and hot tub, and generally cozy space. Fang was proactive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay as well.

Great spot. Loved the nautical theme. Spectacular views of the Sound. Comfy beds. Decently stocked kitchen. The shower/bathroom was a bit on the small side, but easy to overlook considering all the amazing amenities of the spot. Loved being able to get down to the water! Would highly recommend even though selfishly would prefer to keep it a secret. Have to let go of the things we love ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable little cabin on the water in Olympia, Washington. The home is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed—cozy, charming, and just the right amount of space for a relaxing getaway. All the amenities were provided, making it incredibly easy to settle in and feel at home. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding, everything was just perfect. The location right on the water is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and a great place to unwind. I was also lucky to enjoy some truly beautiful weather during my stay, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I spent a week at Pinecone Cottage and had the most amazing time. The lake is serene and picturesque and the cabin itself was fantastic. We ended up staying in most days instead of going into town, and loved every single second relaxing in the house. I would absolutely come back the moment I am able as this is a fantastic location for a truly relaxing and peaceful vacation.

We had to get emergency work on our home and Tom responded right away when we messaged him and answered my questions around my pets. We were able to book quickly and throughout our stay Tom was super responsive. The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed staying for a couple nights. Thanks Tom for everything and if we could give 10 stars we would!

If you want a location that gives you the sense of seclusion and provides you with great amenities to relax and unwind, then this is it. With two younger kids the bunk beds on the upper level were perfect and the king bed on the lower level was comfortable. The house was clean and had what you need to make for an easy stay. The hot tub was a hit, and the there are plenty of water craft options to enjoy the lake. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

We had an amazing time. We truly felt right at home. It was a beautiful area, and super cute cabin. We enjoyed every second of our stay! We hope to stay here again someday! We were lucky enough to see orca whales in the water everyday. The beautiful view of the mountain was also an extra treat. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Extremely nice place with a gorgeous view in a wonderful area. Loved the stove in the kitchen. Super sharp knives, great pots and pans, high end appliances in general. Comfortable beds, easy to turn on fire and heat source, great deck and basically everything you could need to decompress and unwind in a beautiful beach setting. Wonderful shower, great wood furniture and Pendleton blankets.
