This was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I. It was a short drive to Siesta Keys and downtown Sarasota. I couldn’t ask for a better host or better location. 1000% recommend!

Was spotless and exactly as advertised. We loved it and would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Highly recommend this house. Located in a nice neighborhood, the house was very clean and rooms were filled with natural light. The kitchen was contemporary and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and with the Florida heat, we appreciated that the air conditioning worked extremely well. Pool area is cute and well kept. Mergim was a great host even proactively reaching out to see if everything met our expectations and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

We LOVED our stay! It was easy to find and the neighborhood is very cozy and quiet. Perfect location to all the restaurants and a straight shot to the beach! Paulette was very helpful when it came to recommendations on food and activities! Her providing the umbrella, chairs, and cooler made the day at the beach amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice. Was so clean and decorated! 10/10 recommend. We will be returning!

I stayed at Vera’s house for a week and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to shops and local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. This place was perfect for our family! Our friends live a mile away, tons of shopping and restaurants close by (we at food and beer, dannys, and first watch amongst others). House and community pools were incredible. The neighborhood is peaceful, super clean, and safe. We literally couldn’t have asked for better and we’ll be staying again soon!

Really great place in a lovely location. Kayaks available to use on the river just outside the house. We launched from across the road as the water level was really low in front of the house. There’s also a grill, smoker, beach furniture etc. free to use. 30 minutes from the beaches. Place was really nice and cosy would definitely recommend. Thank you.

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was immaculately clean! Very comfortable. Very spacious Raymond was very easy to contact & quick with reply when needed!

Have been to Sarasota several times but this trip was absolutely the best with our stay at this peaceful home.
