In Walking distance of eateries, coffee shops, breweries, bars, & boutiques. Quick 7 min Drive or Lyft/Uber to Downtown Denver. Take Union Station RTD Light Rail to or from Denver International Airport. No Pet Policy is Strict. This home was built in the early 1900's and been remodeled and updated. The one flight of stairs to this basement bedroom are a narrower depth and taller than average stairs. There is one support beam with padding in the bedroom (shown in picture) of 5 ft. 7 in. clearance. The Airbnb hosts upstairs are available to answer any questions, resolve any issues, or provide any recommendations you may need during your stay.

Kate’s hosting was absolutely incredible. She did respond very timely. The home was absolutely incredible and very spacious. The two bedrooms were very nice. There was an upside to everything in the home. Also, there were an amazing areas to spend time in and upstairs was really cool for a good movie night. Definitely recommend and I will be going back soon.

This was an incredibly beautiful place to stay while we visited the city for the weekend! We were able to uber to a concert and enjoy an evening relaxing! Fantastic amenities and location.

Overall this was a great place to stay! The basement unit was spacious with lots of kitchen appliances & utensils, despite the lack of a sink / full kitchen. I also loved how easy parking and check-in was. Encourage a rental car for this location and for Denver at large. Would def stay again!
