House vacation rentals in Lake Wawasee

The home is beautiful. Very clean, warm and inviting. The pool was amazing in the hot weather. Lots of seating outside for big groups to enjoy. Beautiful large kitchen for family to gather. Easy to find and close to restaurants. Was flexible for check in which was great. The bedroom that faces the front of the house you hear traffic all night long-trucks, motorcycles- so if your a light sleeper use a different room. The only down fall were the beds- the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were not comfortable for two people to sleep in. The bed that was super comfortable is very high off the ground so if you are short like me- it’s not ideal. Despite the beds we had a relaxing enjoyable stay. It’s an amazing home with lots of amenities.

Great place! My family and I enjoyed the pool, games, privacy, and quiet neighborhood. We had such a relaxing time! I would recommend this home to all! The host is quick to respond and so helpful with everything!

Stayed here for a long family weekend. We all absolutely loved the space and how peaceful it was. Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. Hosts were very responsible and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farmhouse getaway.

Perfect family getaway. The husband and I and our two sons and their families thoroughly enjoyed this place. We rented the pontoon for the weekend and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool.

Mary was super responsive and always keeping us informed and up to date. The location was great close to the city but also secluded. Delivery is available for so many restaurants so you can just sit back relax and enjoy your stay. Our whole family loved the house, pool, and hot tub. Will definitely be back.

Melody's communication from the start was amazing. She left a binder with great instructions as well as recommendations. The home was filled with any kitchen supplies you would need, which was very helpful. It was me and 6 kids, they did not leave the pool or game room! We will absolutely visit again.

Our second summer vacation here and again, we loved it! Lots of room for the whole family, convenient to town for groceries, and so so relaxing. Sitting out on the deck in the morning with coffee is so peaceful …the place has everything you need and we love the big dining table to eat and place games in the evening after a long day on the water. Sad that the week is already over and can’t wait until next time!

Peaceful stay with multi generation group. Since the game room is on the main floor, everyone had the opportunity to enjoy it. The bedroom layout was nice and allowed for privacy with multiple families. The floor plan allowed everyone to be together or split activities. The lake is beautiful, great for kayaking and fishing. A bit too much vegetation for our picky swimmers but they found a nice beach near by. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve stayed several times now while in town and Crystal is great to deal with.

Nappanee is home for us, however, our family relocated a few years ago to Georgia. We’ve struggled in the last few years to find a place that put us in the middle of our friends and family, while also being able to accommodate all of our needs. UNTIL NOW! This home was simply magnificent. It brings about the modern/country aesthetic and charm of these small towns. It was beautifully decorated, very well cleaned and maintained. Smelt brand new and had all new appliances. We loved it so much that it became the backdrop for our updated family photos! 😆 Corbin was incredibly friendly and responsive. He made sure everything was taken care of. We had absolutely zero concerns. We will definitely seek to stay here for all of our future visits back home! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

It was a great weekend spent with our book club ladies at the house. We enjoyed walking around the property, especially to the covered bridge. We loved that at night you could look out and see all the lightning bugs flying around out in the fields. Clark was always quick to respond to our needs.

Brenda was very responsive to my messages. The house was clean and the view was spectacular. The neighbors were very friendly. The water is pretty shallow around the lake. The lake is also very quiet with minimal people out on it. There were times we went kayaking and were the only people out on the lake. If you are looking for a sleepy lake, this is it! Keep in mind of the stairs from the first floor to walk out basement and then from the porch to the lake. The local Tavern did have amazing fish, just like Brenda suggested. It was the perfect quick getaway!

Nice and quiet country setting. Very roomy and very clean interior. Host was very nice and responsive to our needs. She even provided treats for the farm animals which was quite fun. Location is close to restaurants. We were so impressed we’re coming back next year.

We had a great stay at Lindsey's home. It was very comfortable, and we loved being on a clean and beautiful lake. She and Ted were very responsive to whatever questions we had and were so easy to communicate with. Their home is also a very close drive to many good restaurants. We loved staying here and look forward to going back there in the future.

Beautiful house, paid attention to details like cookies, water, snacks for us. Nice sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Semis driving by a night were a little disturbing and those sleeping near the road.

This is a quiet Airbnb gem in Winona Lake where my wife and I had an amazing 7-night stay. It is newly remodeled and beautifully done. We were Airbnb owners for 8 years in Washington state and absolutely love everything about this property. We especially loved the super comfy king bed and the front yard adirondack chairs where we frequently sat and watched Blue Herons fly over the water. The location is phenomenal, nestled in a friendly and super safe neighborhood across from the Winona Lake park and a short walk to the Winona Lake shops. The hosts are easily available and very helpful. This is a 10-star home and we will be back :>)

I came to Shipshewana on a girl’s trip with my mom and sister. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this log cabin was even nicer and more spacious than we expected. It was very clean and felt very homey. The trip was our Mother’s Day gift to our mom and she was so excited! She loves log cabins & loved sitting on the porch & watching the horse & buggies going by. The flea market was less than a mile away, so that was very convenient. We totally enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I was in town for a wedding and needed somewhere for 6 groomsmen and the groom to stay. Kiely’s place was exactly what we needed, had plenty of room for 7 grown men to stay and get wedding ready in. Kiely was incredibly helpful and kind to us the entire stay. I cannot recommend enough.

The Airbnb was clean and beautifully decorated, with lots of space and a peaceful atmosphere. Our family especially enjoyed sitting out on the balconies taking in the view. The home was fully furnished with clear instructions, and JD was helpful and responsive. Overall a great stay!
