The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Stay in this private, surprisingly spacious upstairs studio inside a turn-of-the-century house. This spacious property is ideal for family gatherings and group events. It features six bedrooms, five of them have queen beds and one is a king, three and a half bathrooms, and a large basement equipped with a ping pong table and dart board for entertainment. We recently added a sofa sleeper in the basement for more sleeping options. sleeps 14. Two living large living rooms with plenty of seating.
