Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. This glass and wood elevated cabin sits beneath giant Oak trees and above mossy boulders. The small single room does not have a bathroom or kitchen. A common area with an outdoor kitchen and bathhouse is less than a minute walk away. The approximately 250 square foot cabin has Oak hard wood floors, ceiling fan, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It is well insulated and stays comfortable even in mid summer without AC.

Our stay in Coalmont Cove was just what we were looking for…peaceful and private. It was definitely “tiny”, so don’t let yourself be surprised in that regard! Very little space to lounge in except the bed and outdoor area. Genette was fabulous to respond to my questions quickly and showed a genuine desire to host us well. She provided good information on the area for hiking, etc. Close enough to Nashville (about 1 hour and 45 minutes) to drive in for a concert at the Ryman!

This was the loveliest and most homey Airbnb we've ever stayed in. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The fridge was stocked with fresh eggs, water, and even wine! The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's also perfect for guests traveling with dogs, not only because of the beautiful outdoor spaces to explore, but also because it includes bowls, toys, and even a kennel. Our pets felt right at home. We would absolutely love to visit Joanna’s farm again!
