It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

The River House (Hot Tub/River Front)

The River House is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The cabin was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

The Dragonfly Treehouse

Enjoy this one of a kind treehouse less than 15 minutes from Conway Arkansas. Surrounded by 18 private acres, you will quickly forget you are close to a city. From the custom Black Gum countertop to the beautiful view, no detail has been spared. There is a 7' by 14' outdoor movie screen to watch your favorite movies and a private Pickleball court. Incredible location, right behind the campground at the entrance of Petite Jean State Park! This unique place has a style all its own. The A-frame cabin is thoughtfully designed to maximize space without sacrificing amenities.
