Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Seminole

We had to book our stay unexpectedly with very short notice. Shady Timbers LLC answered all of my questions quickly and let us check in ASAP. We enjoyed the shaded property in the hot Florida sun, but really liked the sunny pool with our kids. I'm not too familiar with Tallahassee, but it was really easy to get around the city from our location. We would recommend this place for future stays.

I was in Tallahassee for a convention. I did not need much, but Jim was such an amazing host. He provided everything I needed so that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend!

We loved staying here and having a place so close to local bars and restaurants! And the Air B&B itself was so lovely. We especially enjoyed the patio and sunset view! I’d highly recommend staying here!

Was perfect for a one night rental

Couldn't be happier with our stay! Lovely place to stay while visiting the beach. The place was perfectly clean, very easy to find, and both the bed and pull out bed were comfortable. Plus the front yard is absolutely GORGEOUS! If we come back to Panama city and this place is available we will definitely stay again

We highly recommend the Millstone on the Millpond! The house itself was amazing and perfect for our family of 4 trip. Kerri was very responsive to any questions and even checked on us to ensure we were good and didn't need anything. It was the perfect getaway for our family to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday. We enjoyed fishing from the pier and using the kayaks to explore the Millpond. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

Nakia was a great host. Her home was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had all the essential items to make you feel comfortable and at home. We contacted her with an issue with the neighbor’s dog, she notified the neighbor and we had no further issues. She communicated with us during our stay and was very responsive. I highly recommend this location and will stay again on my next visit to Tallahassee.

Kelli’s place was the serene setting we were dreaming about for our getaway weekend. The views are amazing and Kelli has put a lot of thought, time, and effort into the amenities and touches throughout the cabin. She’s thought of everything! Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kelli!

This is a peaceful area and town with a charming house. The old Oak Tree was amazing and has to be visited while there. The home offered a relaxing overnight stay and the bedding and mattress were incredible. Will stay again when we travel through. The experience was pleasant as well as the town.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was as described. Easy access to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were outstanding. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, comfy and made for a relaxing vacation.

Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated! This house was perfect for our Bachelorette trip!! The condo has the BEST Sandbar outside, and staff there were so friendly!! The condo was a perfect location from restaurants and things to do!! Ryan’s condo was wonderful and balcony was perfect to sit on and view the ocean!

Had everything my family needed. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows. Provided necessities that you need for cooking and beach play. Everything functioned as it should. Elevators work well and are quick. The building itself could use some updates. However the unit in particular was taken care of.
