Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Seminole

Henry re-rented his lovely home to me and my family a second time. Our experience was lovely, we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful flat, very clean and new. Great location on the lake with a walking trail. We had a glitch caused by AirBnB, and Jack remained kind and gracious. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Tallahassee.

Beautiful apartment located right in the center of downtown Panama City! Walking distance (1-3 minutes) to great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, farmer’s market (Saturdays only), and more. We were in town for a graduation and didn’t originally plan on being at the apartment much, but we looked forward to our down time so we could explore the area. Our host, Daniel, was very responsive. We reached out with an issue, and he responded right away and resolved the issue quickly. Apartment was decorated beautifully! There were guests staying in the apartment next door, but with the brick wall, we didn’t hear a sound. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to PC!

We travel to Tallahassee every few months to go visit family with our children, usually at every Airbnb we have to kid proof the area as soon as we check in but not Kays place. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly it was with an ample living room for them to have their activities in, everything in the home was clean, Kay was quick to respond to any questions and had a very friendly demeanor willing to go above and beyond Since the home is located very close to I10 it makes it very convenient to get around town while still being in a private and quiet neighborhood I would definitely recommend Kays place to anyone that comes to visit town either with children or without children We were very happy with our stay there and would stay again on future trips

My family and i absolutely enjoyed this home. Nice quiet neighborhood with good eats nearby. When booking an Airbnb i expect for all homes to be as clean and spotless as this 1. Jeremane made our vacation very easy and enjoyable. He responds quickly and was always ready to assist. The kids had a blast in the pool and did not want to leave that was a plus. This home is so spacious and come with so many rooms and beds, i will definitely rent this home out again so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks again Jeremane!

This place was so eclectic and so much better than the pictures. House was clean, pool was perfect and fit my softball team perfectly. Only suggestion was needing wash cloths but we only stayed one night so we didn’t request them. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat. Sheena was very helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions both before booking and after check-in. Her communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a beautiful, tranquil spot with a thoughtful and attentive host. I can see why they call it ‘Our Happy Place’! Would definitely stay here again!

I’m beyond grateful to Rachel for the amazing communication, rapid response and flexibility. She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her place is beautiful, clean, cozy, with all the amenities, exactly what we needed. Everything went as planned, she always responded within the hour. When I had a last minute change of plans, she was so gracious to accommodate our request. There’s a reason why she is a “guest’s favorite”. She truly is trust worthy. The house was just as described!! Very comfy and It had a nice view of the outside. It was very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. We will be visiting again for sure.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. This condo was beautifully decorated with a stunning view. Nick was so helpful from checkin to checkout. I’ve been a Airbnb super host for years but this stay showed me I could definitely do more. I want to implement things from my stay with Nick into my own airbnb. Very cozy house, even with more than everything you need for a vacation and a comfortable stay with kids! That makes feel like at home and is perfect for the long stay. The access to the pool and to the beach is very convenient. Owners are very pleasant, helpful and supportive! Would love to return again!

Beautiful views, next to St. Andrew's Park, last hotel chain on Thomas Drive. Quiet, clean, comfortable, super response and helpful host. The listing was exactly as pictured, super clean. They had plenty of toys and things for the beach for my toddler to play with! Loved it!
