Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake Seminole

The house gave a comfy cabin vibe! Loved all the amenities the house had to offer, our favorite were the kayaks. I would recommend this place to friends and definitely stay again. The home was comfy and plenty of room. The dog and his boy had a great time playing. It was larger than we needed but because it was dog friendly and had a pool it was perfect for a close to home getaway

The home felt like we were staying with friends. It was spotless and equipped with everything we could possibly need. She even had treats and poop bags for the fur baby. The beds were very comfortable and the area is peaceful. Everyone got a wonderful nights sleep. I highly recommend!!!!!

Older home with many upgrades. We were very comfortable during our brief stay. It was in an ideal neighborhood for our trip to and from the hospital.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat. Sheena was very helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions both before booking and after check-in. Her communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a beautiful, tranquil spot with a thoughtful and attentive host. I can see why they call it ‘Our Happy Place’! Would definitely stay here again!

Confident 5 stars house and host

This house was a perfect place to host my family during a busy weekend at FSU. The house has many special qualities and my family and I were honored to stay in such a beautiful home surrounded by nature. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and look forward to our next trip. Tonya’s places was great! Exactly as pictured, clean and we felt safe in the location. We appreciated the included amenities and the checking in to make sure everything went smoothly arriving. Would definitely recommend her place to people looking for a place to stay in Panama City that’s not too far away from the beach. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed staying in an old building that has been brought back to life . Convenient to restaurants , coffee shops. The decor was absolutely fabulous.

This is a beautiful place to stay and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s close to the centre of Tallahassee but not on a commercial street. Gena was very helpful and quick to answer questions when I was booking.

Fantastic stay. The place could use a little TLC but I found the apartment to be quite charming and perfect for my needs. For the price and location you can’t beat it.

Nice and clean, big parking spot

Wife and I were visiting her relatives in the Bristol area and found Whitney’s apartment to be convenient and very quiet. We were not able to utilize the many amenities due to time constraints but know they would have been entertaining. Gunner was a very pleasant greeter. Thanks !!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s place! The house was spotless, super quiet, and really cute—just as described. Tracy’s instructions were very clear, which made check-in a breeze, even though we arrived late. She was so supportive and accommodating, and we truly appreciated her flexibility. The location is fantastic—so close to Tallahassee, yet surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved Doug's place. The perfect location to enjoy a weekend of fishing and relaxing! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Very responsive & easy to deal with.

A lovely and relaxing place for a get away. It was suitable for a couple or a small family. Clean accommodations and everything you need to be able to prepare and serve meals. Several attractions and places to eat less than 30 minutes drive. Lisa and William were fantastic hosts and very accommodating and friendly. The goats are fun to interact with also.

I took my kids to stay at Amber's place for my son's graduation celebration trip, ranging in age from 7-23 and we all had an amazing time, as our trip was drawing to an end we even added an extra night with no problem at all, the beds were very comfy, the water stayed very hot even between all of us taking showers the entire visit, we used the local boat ramp to bring our own boat and easily tied it off at the houses dock. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay! The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work, and I'm not including that in this review as a negative. just an informative so you know to bring your own ice, it did not effect our trip in any way at all, we just got bagged ice! We enjoyed our time together here so much, I can not thank Amber enough for sharing her home with myself, my family and others to experience the beauty tucked away in Altha!

Me and my husband had an amazing time at your beautiful home. Thank you so much for showing us what it be like to live on the gorgeous Chipola river. It was a well needed honeymoon and couldn’t have been more perfect for our little family. Hoping to return again every year as a family vacation. Your spot on the river is amazing!

To say the hosts went above and beyond in setting this place up is an understatement. Almost anything you would forget at home toothbrush toothpaste lotion etc. They have a cute little station set up in the bathroom. The kitchen is lightly supplied with seasonings and condiments and pretty much every piece of kit heard you would need during your stay. Living room has games and plenty of space to play them. Bed linens were so nice and clean and very soft towels. Now outside! It’s spacious and you can have a fire in the pit at night. It’s so beautiful and private and we enjoyed our stay
