You are welcome in my home! It's a well-maintained two-bedroom 1920 Craftsman house in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to both Greenlake, the University of Washington, and Wallingford. I've got central A/C + Hepa, extremely comfortable Leesa beds, a 65 inch 4K flatscreen with YouTubeTV/Amazon, gigabit Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace to get cozy and a fully-fenced backyard with hot tub grill and outdoor dining. Welcome to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath living area with kitchenette and living room. The nest is an apartment nestled in the trees with windows and light all around located in desirable Sycamore neighborhood just .5 mile from downtown Issaquah and yet not uncommon to see deer, bunnies etc. Read my reviews I have several from people who said this is the best Airbnb experience they have had. Portable a/c unit provided and all the windows open will provide a cool breeze.
