Monthly Rentals in Lake Rayburn

Hands down and without a doubt the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, we had initially booked with another host and canceled at check-in because the place was so dirty, thankfully this house was available. Would 100% stay here again! Not only was the house immaculate the beds were extremely comfortable, and having the dock in the backyard with the kayak’s was awesome. The host was also super flexible and very responsive.

The house was very clean, the views were beautiful and it suited our needs very well. The lake was easy to access but the weather unfortunately didn’t allow us to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We enjoyed our time there!

Jessica did a great job communicating all that I needed to know about my stay. The accommodation was perfect for my stay in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean room with all needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place and host.

This is probably one of the best AirBNB’s I have ever been to. Bill contacted me ahead of time to help set up passes for the community to utilize a lot of the amenities in town. This was in a great spot to easily get around all of NWArkansas. The place was clearly a home that is loved by the owners with all that is included and thought out into it with even having cookies that most likely seemed home made on the counter when we arrived to the provided kayaks on their private dock the property is on to the bike maintenance room to the many different outdoor spots with the multilevel decks to fire pit. When we make our way back to NWA, we will definitely keep this place saved to go back to!
