The Hobby Haven was exactly what we were hoping it to be—a peaceful, cozy, and charming stay nestled in the quiet town of Cornucopia! The Airbnb was exactly as described. We loved the little back balcony and the selection of board games. Just a quick walk to the beach too! The town is small and quiet with only a few businesses, but it’s perfect if you’re looking for a cozy stay near Lake Superior.

Very clean, walking distance to everything, good communication with host. Loved that there was enough toilet paper, shower needs, towels. Washer and dryer availability. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for two people. Space is exactly as pictured and comfortable. We plan to stay here again.

If you are fortunate enough, to spend some time on Minnesota’s North Shore, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Brenda and Tom‘s place is exactly as described. It is more than we expected. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and a lovely place to spend a vacation. The location is perfect and so scenic! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and even spotted an Eagle! We had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the surrounding area, including Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, and the quaint town of Two Harbors.

Great stay, Great walking access to town. Very attractive and well supplied unit. Great access to the ferry to Madeline Island, The town itself is a very p positive draw even as the season was coming to a close when we were there. No complaints. Easy to recommend.

We had a perfectly lovely stay here. Walking distance to all the shops/restaurants, and real close to where you can catch the ferry to Madeline Island. Loved that it was above Wonderstate Coffee, we made sure to go there each day we were there! Would totally stay again!

The apartment is perfect for two. Great bed, great bathroom, full kitchen, great coffeemaker with great coffee. Bright, clean and comfortable. Walk to everything in Bayfield. One block to Andy’s, two blocks to a great coffee shop, two blocks to a nice little beach, three to the outdoor fish fry and bar at Hoops. This was our second time at Esme’s and I anticipate it will not be our last. Highly recommended!

This was our second time at Deidra’s Tofte home, and if possible - it was even more magical than our first time. Not only is she an amazing host - we basically planned our itinerary around all her wonderful recommendations - but this house is just a gem on the north shore. Well stocked, better than photos, and pristine views of the lake each day. We’ll be back again and again 😊

Beautifully decorated and clean home. Great amount of space for hanging out and cooking home meals. We were 2 couples for a getaway and were very comfortable in the space. Beds were really comfortable. Walking distance from the brewery and local cocktail spot, the tipsy mosquito, 10/10. Morning walks to the pier were also so great!

Joan and Don’s place was beautiful and they were very responsive. Don built much of the place by hand which is impressive! We enjoyed seeing faint northern lights, playing board games at the big table, cooking in the chefs kitchen, and baking in the sauna by the lake. For a remote winter getaway with a large group, this is the place.

This place is really nice! It’s not beachfront like advertised but really is the perfect polished pebble! The yard is SO FREAKING AMAZING! If you want relaxing peaceful and private THIS! IS! YOUR! PLACE!!

Beautiful house was perfect for our family. The home was completely updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Adam & Casey were responsive and easy to work with. The area is beautiful with so many activity options. We didn’t get to see everything on our list in a weekend, so we will have to go back, and we would definitely stay here again.

A great space, especially if you have kiddos who thrive on close playground access. Loved spending time on the front porch swing too. 10/10 would recommend!

Peaceful, clean place with a well supplied kitchen and entertainment options for staying in. Close to many of the great parks and trails of the north shore. Host was friendly and responsive. Everything was simple.

Stunning view of The Lake. The balcony was peaceful and awesome to sit on. The community pool and hot tub were fun and we loved going outdoors in the hot tub. Very clean and well apportioned, this location is best suited for 6 adults or 3 families. There is a pull out sofa however the sun brightens the living room early. We made it work with 10 adults and one child using a blowup mattress in the living room as well, but the bedrooms/bathrooms are set up like a hotel so you had to enter a bedroom to use the bathroom so need to be close to your roommates. Karen was a terrific host. Very communicative and has a beautiful place. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This place was incredible!! Location was top notch, the amount of beds provided a ton of flexibility for us, the living spaces were lovely, and the view and the deck were amazing! Beyond that, staying here was extremely comfortable. Thoughtful to have extra blankets on the cold days, fans in the bedrooms for sleep, a fresh sponge and hand towels, all the essential kitchen equipment and it wasn’t overused, there were extra linens/paper towels/TP/trash bags, and the space felt well taken care of. This felt like someone’s home and definitely we plan to go back. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location for watching the boats coming and going, proximity to town and people watching. We could walk everywhere. Hence, our exhaustion after a busy Memorial Weekend.sail boat races could be seen and the spinnaker run was beautiful. Thank you for hosting your lovely home.

We absolutely adored this rental. The views, sunrises, gorgeous morning light, cozy fires in the evenings, proximity to town, jacuzzi tub, very well-stocked kitchen for cooking our meals for 4, convenient spot to park our snowmobile trailer and more. At no point in our stay did we feel the unit lacked anything. It was above and beyond what was shown in the photos and was much bigger than we anticipated, the perfect size for two couples. And having no steps from the parking area to the front door made bringing in luggage very simple. We also really loved the beach right out the back door where we found some agates. I’d highly recommend staying here!
