Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake County

We had an awesome stay. The home was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the patio and fire pit, using it in the morning to enjoy our coffee and in the evening to watch the sunset. The location was great, secluded but close enough to the main highway to make the drive to the state parks and Duluth easy. We would definitely like to make a return visit sometime in the future!

Three words: Cute, cozy and clean! This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway with my partner. We were impressed with how clean and well-organized the home was, and appreciated the peace and quiet. Would definitely book again!

Comfortable and convenient location. Hoping to return next year! Pros: -The beds! So comfortable, could raise and lower the head and foot. Ceiling fans. -Two 1/2 bathrooms! One in basement, 1 1/2 upstairs. With immediate hot water! -Roomy living room with plenty of seating. Huge TV. -Kitchen was very well stocked with plates, pots and pans, coffee pot and kettle. -Enjoyed sitting on the deck in morning/evening. -Temp in house was always comfortable. -Good location to walk to restaurants/lake/shopping. Cons: —When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. We informed Chelsea and Joel, they were there within minutes! We left to visit family, so not a problem. -Kitchen had all we needed to cook. No salt or oil, so had to shop immediately. Would be nice to have salt in the kitchen with the other spices that were available. -More hangers would be appreciated. -Upstairs apartment - could hear footsteps from above. Thankfully they were early to bed and early to wake just like us.

Our Scout group was headed to Northern Tier in Ely, MN and it was the perfect place for us to spend the night while traveling. We had 4 teens and 4 adults. We didn’t use the fold out bed, but two of our folks slept on sofas and they were quite comfortable. We walked to dinner, visited the nearby store to buy groceries for breakfast, and the boys had a great time playing in the yard before bed.

My running club and I came to Two Harbors to run Grandma’s marathon - and Blackbeach was only going to be the housing. Instead it ended up being the highlight. The location is idyllic with a private beach and stunning views of Lake Superior. Every morning, we woke up to waves crashing. In the evenings, we hunkered down by the beach with a warm fire. Adam and team was extremely responsive, let us know all the expectations ahead of time, and answered all our questions. Additionally, it was clear that Adam took so much pride in orchestrating such a calming and delightful oasis. Every detail was charming and well thought out. Would highly highly recommend staying at Blackbeach. Thank you Adam and team!

Once again, we had an amazing time at the North Shore Cottage. The house is just as pictured and accurately described. It is squeaky clean and perfectly decorated, and gives you that “just like home” feeling. You won’t want to leave. When you do leave - you will definitely want to return! Thanks, Brenda, for giving us the opportunity to stay at your cottage!

We stayed at Cedar Cove for 5 nights with our extended family with an age range of 18 months to 80 years. This house is a perfect place for a multi generation get together. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings. There are multiple sitting areas and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view of Lake Superior is gorgeous. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen ware we could have needed. It is also stocked with many good books, puzzles and games. It is a perfect place to get away and relax.

Very nice experience. It was an unbelievablely beautiful house (photos don't do it justice). The hosts were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hillside Suites. It was in a perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and the Ferry to Madeline Island. We were able to effortlessly ride our bikes to the ferry dock & hop on the ferry. Our room was a comfortable retreat after long days of adventuring around Bayfield. Our on-site host was very helpful in recommending places to see & things to do. She even shared a plate of freshly baked cookies with us on a rainy day. Our room was well stocked with everything we needed & more. The outdoor patio with beautiful flowers made the outside a tranquil spot to relax. We loved our stay!

Very clean, walking distance to everything, good communication with host. Loved that there was enough toilet paper, shower needs, towels. Washer and dryer availability. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great space for a group! The pictures don't clearly show how spacious it is. Plenty of room to make meals, lounge, relax in the sun room, etc. It's right off a hiking trail and has beautiful views. Very close to town and walking distance to a delicious little bakery.

Perfect location. Loved watching the boats coming in and out of the harbor from the porch. Place was clean, bed was comfortable and I loved the decor.

Loved the location right in town and a very quiet part of town. Located 10 minute walk from the beach area. Only downfall there wasn’t a bedroom door which we knew before getting to but otherwise everything was perfect! A nice sitting area outside! Really highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay during Applefest very much! This property is gorgeous, very close to town, has a private little beach area, and gorgeous flowers and landscaping surrounding the property. We also enjoyed using the fire pit and looking at the stars. Thank you!

Amazing location in a great small town. Was here for a wedding & it was the perfect place very close to everything you need or want!

We stayed two nights, mid-week, and found Erin’s place perfect for our needs. The views of the lake cannot be beat, we walked to dinner each night (and back for ice cream once!) and the area is charming. The unit is exactly as described. It was comfortable, well maintained and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

This place was incredible!! Location was top notch, the amount of beds provided a ton of flexibility for us, the living spaces were lovely, and the view and the deck were amazing! Beyond that, staying here was extremely comfortable. Thoughtful to have extra blankets on the cold days, fans in the bedrooms for sleep, a fresh sponge and hand towels, all the essential kitchen equipment and it wasn’t overused, there were extra linens/paper towels/TP/trash bags, and the space felt well taken care of. This felt like someone’s home and definitely we plan to go back. 10/10 would recommend!

Words can’t even express the amount of gratitude we had for this space. We absolutely took advantage of the entire place. It was magical!. The location, the food, the view, all the people and all intentional things, What a gift!. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will be back.

Tania’s home was as described. It is a great location, spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked and in great condition. We were able to walk to everything and the balcony has a lovely view. We’d definitely recommend this condo!

Great location just a block off Main Street. Brian responded quickly when we had a problem using the door code to get in. Good recommendations for the area and the place worked perfectly for our group of six.

We loved staying at Kathryn’s property and it could not have been more charming! The place was perfectly described, had great room for just the two of us, and was in the epicenter of the town! Perfect location and walking distance to really everything in Bayfield! 10/10 would recommend and will be reserving this spot again when we travel back!

Josh was very helpful and the place is beautiful. Easy check-in, amenities are perfect. We enjoyed everything very much.
