Boat house with swimming boat at Lake Constance (B&B&B)

The boathouse is simple but equipped with love. The rooms are spacious and there is a nice veranda with a large table. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. The small bathroom is located behind the master bedroom, you can access the second bathroom in the boat garage via the outside stairs. A bathing boat with 5 hp outboard is included. A sports boat (Stingray 230SX, 200 hp) can be offered on request. The house is located in a very quiet holiday settlement, which is popularly called "small Venice", since the houses are located on canals.
