The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. We live in a renovated farmhouse with modern annexes where we welcome guests. The guest apartment is about 80 m2, has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, a dining /living room and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a terrace with seating. Our gym is available by arrangement ( with or without care). The distance from Lake Constance is about 8 km.
