Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Laguna Beach

Had a wonderful stay! David was a very welcoming host. We had everything we needed and more at his place. Everything was stocked and ready. We will be back!

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Wonderful location! Literally right on the beach! Easy beach access, beautiful pool! Quiet and peaceful! Easy parking. Walking distance to several places to eat, breakfast lunch and dinner! Short drive to Pier Park. Host was very responsive! The place was clean and I do not have a single negative thing to say! I am definitely going to stay here again!

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, nice, safe, and very quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our little boy especially loved the fish pond, which was a highlight for him. Ricky’s wife, Julia, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She showed us such warm hospitality and was so patient and kind with our son—he absolutely adored her! We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again whenever we visit Panama City. Highly recommend!

This is our 4th visit and once again, no disappointments here! The water view is priceless and Chuck takes amazing care of his rentals both cottage and boat rentals. He is the nicest guy you could ever meet and we really look forward to staying at Chuck’s place every single time. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

stayed at one of Lee’s Seagrove properties recently and couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more thoughtful hosting experience. The bungalow was clean, well-appointed, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and Lee made the whole process easy, from check-in to checkout. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Grateful for the hospitality!

Wonderful place to stay, close to the beach and other amenities but quiet street away from the crowds. The pool is definitely a huge perk. The refrigerator unfortunately went out during our stay but Presley was extremely responsive and quick to get it fixed. The floors were a little dirty for a crawling baby but other than that, we loved our stay and definitely recommend!

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

We love staying in this area and booked our trip as a “last minute” decision~we are the lucky ones to have stumbled across this open availability when we did. The house was more than we ever imagined, stunning to say the least! Sonya was a fantastic host! We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for our family's getaway . The house is a spacious 4 bedroom and allowed plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living and dining area were large and allowed for comfortable times together without being crowded. We had 3 children 9-13 and several sets of older grandparents. The one story was fabulous in being able to accommodate any and all mobilities of our family. The outdoor pool area was fabulous! Our children spent hours in the pool and the large covered area allowed for comfortable places to sit and watch the kids play. One of the best features is the location to the beach. You just have to walk out the front door, and cross the street and you are at a public beach entrance. You can be in the water within 3 minutes. The outdoor shower was perfect to get rid of sand. We loved that it was also on the quieter west end of PCB so not alot of noise and traffic. Overall it was our favorite beach vacation house. Already looking to book again.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a really nice stay and loved how close the house is to the beach. We found this area to be much less commercialized and more low-key/quiet than other spots along the coast. The host offers some beach equipment for guests (chairs, cabana, umbrella, boogie boards, a few towels). That was super helpful as we didn’t want to have to rent (or pack!) all those items for our trip. We liked every aspect of the house — comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, contemporary decor, and thoughtful storage for toiletries and travel items. Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

We loved the place, the view was perfect of the ocean and the city. The apartment was very clean. The accommodations were perfect. The building was easy to find. The staff treated us very well. I loved the kiosk bar in front of the sea. I highly recommend it to everyone. We will be back soon.🤗🥳

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the beach and was peaceful being on the corner. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were great, has everything you need and then some! It was spacious as well. Would stay here again! Mira was very accommodating and a great host to us!

Such a great location, everything was easy to get to. Very clean, well decorated condo with walking distance to many things. We were provoded with everything we needed. Host was super friendly, accommodating and very responsive.

April guided us through the check in process ahead of time and everything went smooth. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was great looking over the beach from the balcony and looking over the lake from the other window. Great place to stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. April answered and responded to all texts and questions in a very timely manner. April is a great host and we would definitely stay at her place again.
