John’s place was wonderful for our quick trip to PCB! The condo is right on a beautiful stretch of beach, and navigating out to go to busier parts of town was easy since the garage is right on the main strip. We’d definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and a clean, beautifully decorated space that instantly felt like home. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, private, and close to other amenities and 30A area. The chair and umbrella service at the beach was also a big plus, and the easiness to get to the beach, parking space, pool, condo and shops was just wonderful. Great communication with hosts. Looking to repeat it, highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. Ms. Lidiya was amazing! Anytime I had a question she had a fast response. The place was great! Looked exactly like the pictures, and was in walking distance of main activities. You can never get bored. It was something to do around every corner. It rained while we were in town and we still had an amazing time! She even took her time just to check on us and to see if we needed anything! I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality you gave me and my family! So this trip was for my 19 yr old son and his friend for their Sr trip ... several spots wouldnt rent to us. Damion did ... I booked the place and everything was great ... the unit is right next to the pool and super close to everything else. I would recommend thos place to anyone!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Great place with very easy access to beach, which was particularly nice when we came in for lunch and to dodge the thunderstorm. Beautiful view from condo. Very clean and comfortable. AC unit was a bit loud when it kicked on at night, but not a big problem. We stayed when there was ongoing construction on the building but the only time it mattered was on the morning when we were leaving, as the workers were in the entry way between the elevator and parking lot. Definitely would go back.

Tammy's place was perfect for our girl's trip! We had a few very minor issues and Tammy not only answered my messages extremely quickly but also took care of the minor issues quickly. The condo was perfect, the view was amazing, and the beach wasn't too crowded like it has been in at other condos in the area. Tammy was pleasant to deal with and the condo was clean as well. We will definitely stay again!

This was one of our families favorite trips! The views are amazing! The condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated! We loved the location on the quieter end of Thomas Drive!! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were so nice!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was as described. Easy access to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were outstanding. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, comfy and made for a relaxing vacation.

My family and I stayed here over the Juneteenth weekend. It was better than advertised. Although I love the beach and the sun…I hate sand. One of the great things about Shaun’s place is the outdoor rinse station. It was such an amazing amenity. It helped us keep his home sand free and also minimize the amount that we tracked into our car. I would definitely go back!
