Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

Such a beautiful home. Celebrated my moms 60th birthday at the beach and got to relax and unwind in the balcony & in the cozy living room. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again!

The rental is in a great location, walkable to downtown restaurants and to the beach. The apartment fit us perfectly and had lots of beach chairs and beach equipment. The apartment had a great kitchen and a comfortable living room.

Mo and Vanessa are excellent hosts. Super helpful and available. Their home is amazing. Grocery store across the street, fully stocked kitchen, better than we have at home! Beach is super easy to get to, basically a block away. Easy to walk into Laguna Beach shops and restaurant areas. They have a million beach toys, chairs and towels. Truly an amazing home, host and vacation.

Chris’ place was exactly as described! Perfect size for my 2 family members and I. The area is super peaceful and it was nice to enjoy the weather on the front patio. Would definitely recommend this stay and would love to go again.

This house is in an amazing spot. Restaurants and bars are close by. Walkable to the beach. I loved the automation in the house and everything was how it was described. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

We loved our stay in at the Newport Beach home! The view of the ocean from the patio was spectacular! We spent most of our time sitting on the patio. Beds were comfortable. We had all amenities we needed. The space was cozy, clean and well decorated. We plan to come back in a regular basis!

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

We loved this perfect little Airbnb! It really is just for two though as it is broken into 3 floors. Middle and main floor is small dining area and kitchen. Down stairs is small bathroom and small family room. Upstairs is master bedroom with bathroom. The home is easy to find with the pictures that Tina sent and is in a great location. You just go across the Pacific Coast highway to get to the ocean. Restaurants and shopping close by. No problem finding a free parking spot. We pulled the car right into the alleyway the home is on to unload and load and then went in search of a parking place. Tina was very easy to reach and was always incredibly helpful and kind.

Wonderful getaway, especially good if you want to go to the beach often. You can walk there and back easily. Tons of places to eat around as well! Our favorite was just the wonderful view that you get from being so close to the ocean

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

We had a great stay, perfect place for a getaway and it was everything we expected. Rebecca is very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful throughout our stay!

Had a nice stay with Megan, the room had the beach nearby and a neighborhood filled with restaurants to enjoy! Even was able to accommodate us an extended check out, and was responsive when I had questions during checking-in. The only thing I would have to nit pick would be that you have to account for parking as a separate added expense during your stay. A nearby parking garage that had a lot of bad reviews of break-in’s swayed me to use the Air Garage nearby across from the crepe place. Other than that, fantastic stay and amazing experience staying here.

The place is really nice and super clean to stay. 5 star ⭐️ recommendation!
