Dans le village : baignade surveillée dans la rivière Orbieu, abbaye, église avec orgue classé, exposition sur les plafonds peints, ateliers d'artistes et de créateurs, commerces, restaurants, festivals, animations, randonnées, point d'information touristique.

Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Modern bathrooms and a very high comfort rating with guests e.g. "Best equipped house I have ever stayed in." (August, 2016). Great village with shops, a cafe. Excellent for visiting the Mediterranean beaches, Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, and the Minervois vineyards. Nearest airports Carcassonne (15 mins) and Toulouse (1h 20). Gîte La Tour du Canal - Petit château du XIIIème siècle, face au canal du Midi, dans un domaine de plus de 2 hectares. Niché au cœur des oliviers et amandiers. Nous vous ouvrons les portes de ce domaine très privé, où se trouvent deux châteaux, l’un du XIIIème siècle, l’autre du XIX, où nous habitons. Le grand parc ombragé est appréciable lors des chaudes journées d’été, et est agrémenté d’une grande piscine. Il est situé à 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et à 3 mn de Trèbes

The Riverside Gîte

The Riverside Gîte is on the banks of the River Orbieu with views to Lagrasse's 12th century stone bridge and Abbey. This luxurious 2 bedroom apartment has been incorporated into what were the medieval ramparts of the village and is part of a remarkable house of grand proportions which houses three beautiful apartments. Its prime position on the river gives the gite a wonderful feeling of being in the countryside, with the sound of the river to lull you to sleep at night.

In Cathar country, we offer you a life experience deep in the forest, in the mountains, where wildlife also shares the place... ideal for recharging your batteries far from the constraints and stress of city life. You will find in the chalet all the comforts, and Wi-Fi available. Cool in summer (possibility of snow in February). Ancienne dépendance du chai, le logement accueillait autrefois le vigneron et sa famille.
