Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Aude

Eric and his partner have lovingly restored and built this property set around the ruins of a 12 Century castle. It is astonishingly beautiful. On the roof terrace there is also a small shared pool. We were here out of season, but it was a lovely hot day, so Eric got up early in the morning to open and clean the pool for us. The inside is equally charming and the nights were super cold, but the heating works extremely well. Eric is an artist and also showed us his atelier- really beautiful paintings. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It is authentic with beautiful surroundings and the nicest possible host. I will recommend this to all my friends and would like to return for an extended stay.

We came as a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and had a great time at the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The outside is as nice as the inside. The house is spotless and the services offered match reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

The reviews on Adrien and Emma's cottage are unanimous and praise the quality of the home, its amenities and its environment. A 5 out of 5 as the area is beautiful and the region (Minervois around Carcassonne) is attractive due to the diversity of activities. Kilometers by car on deserted and shaded roads, pure happiness! But also walks and swims nearby (from the exit of the cottage for the first) and a few kilometers for the second (in Pradelles-Cabardès). A pure pleasure. Tenants should know that Adrien and Emma's large farm (sheepfold?) houses two gites, one (which we occupied) and the other for 6 people, who share common areas, a nice garden and a beautiful terrace (each benefiting however from a private part with outdoor table and chairs). This is to say that at times, you may not be alone. We lived with a Spanish family in a friendly atmosphere.

Anne’s place is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a nice bonus. The area is very peaceful and we were well rested. It is a great base for exploring the Corbières wine region & Chateau. We had a lovely stay. Anne & Jacques were very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts.

We spent a very good week at Laurence's. A home with all the necessary amenities, in a pretty corner of tranquility, well located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire for very beautiful discoveries.

Ingrid was very helpful. The house was perfect for our 2 week stay, had everything you would need. The location is very peaceful and relaxing, the views from the house are absolutely stunning! We hope to visit again in the near future.. Thanks again Ingrid!

Claire and Peter are extremely welcoming, at the same time discreet, but attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is paradise for those who love the beauty of nature, silence, tranquility and simplicity. Ideal for browsing Cathar sites in all directions. The main room is spacious, comfortable and comfortable to live in. Also, the view from this room and from the adjoining terrace is really splendid. Too bad we came without our guitars, because we learned that Peter was a good guitarist and we could have shared a few notes. We highly recommend this place for all nature lovers. Virginia's apartment is stunning. With high ceilings and lovely furnishings, it really is a special place to stay. There are balconies off every room too. Situated just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Beziers, in a very beautiful building, it got our holiday off to a tremendous start!

I would recommend this place for its location in the countryside, quiet, accompanied by birdsong. A very relaxing house where you feel comfortable. Very welcoming and really charming hosts with whom I had great discussions. Thank you for discovering this rental.

I have stayed in airbnbs all over the world and this by far is one of the best. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The towels were luxurious and not chintzy. Best of all, it is tucked away on a quiet and charming street in the middle of absolutely everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here for a few days or longer!

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

We were greeted with everything we needed to facilitate our arrival and welcome gifts! This is really very much appreciated. The accommodation is just a pearl nestled on the heights of Narbonne... the change of scenery is total and the disconnection is guaranteed! We spent a wonderful week here on a family trip (5 adults and 1 toddler). The house had plenty of space for us all and an idyllic garden and pool. A cot, high chair, plates and toys were provided, with kids Netflix also available, which made it a perfect stay for our toddler. We would definitely return and recommend!

We have enjoyed the nicely decorated and complete house. With that, the pool was great! Beautiful house, quiet location and lots of privacy. Our adolescent children (16 and 18 years) also found it a perfect place. For activities with teenagers, you have to travel a bit, but there is plenty to do in a beautiful area. Communication with Emilie was excellent!! She is quick, thoughtful, very friendly and welcoming. Her mother too! We'd love to come back!

Situated off a country road, down a little lane with two or three houses nearby, Guillaume's house offers a beautiful, tranquil respite from the world. The house is well equipped, very spacious, great kitchen, comfy beds, and the outside terrace is quite big and partially covered so you can escape the sun when necessary. Guy and Agnes, the parents of Guilluame, were warm and welcoming. Guy gave us an extended tour of his vineyards and pistachio tree orchard, which are just stunning. We had a personal tasting of his wine that was wonderful. We enjoyed the vineyard views from the terrace, loved listening to the great variety of birds and the stargazing at night was awesome. We need to go back!!
