It is a well-maintained apartment with a roof terrace. You have a lot of privacy and there is plenty of everything (towels, toilet paper, utensils, etc.) Laudalino and his family are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Maia is a quiet and friendly village by the sea, with plenty of eateries within walking distance.

The home was exactly as described and provided us a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay for the week. We were pleasantly surprised that the space was even bigger than depicted in the photos and the accommodation had plenty of kitchen items for us to use (including a panini press). Checkin with Lucia's mom was very pleasant, she even gave us some home made dessert which was incredibly kind of her. I highly recommend this home if you want a quick walk to the beach and a location with easy driving access to anywhere on the island!

Very nice view, nice house, very well equipped. We recommend renting a car to reach all the sights and activities. Marco is very friendly, waited for us on the first day (despite flight delay), handed over the keys and showed us the house. He was always available for us. We recommend the accommodation at Marco.
