Monthly Rentals in La Vitela

We stayed at Leonardo’s house for four weeks and had a wonderful time. The neighbourhood was very friendly and felt very safe. It is a perfect place to walk into town from and it is easy to reach a taxi or combi for going further afield. I very much enjoyed meeting Leonardo and Peggy and they were most accommodating, helpful, and generous. I would definitely return to this house. I would also recommend Leonardo’s bigger house for any group of 4 to 6, maybe more people. It is ever so beautifully decorated and equipped and it is very spacious.

The accommodation is a few minutes from downtown Patz, in addition to minibuses passing by all the time, there are shops and supermarkets near the accommodation. The kitchen is simple but quite efficient, the area is super quiet for walking and taking a stroll

Jannis was incredibly kind from the moment we arrived, even before our arrival. He gave us clear instructions and was always available, with a very warm and attentive attitude. The cabin is simply beautiful: spacious, nice, cozy and equipped with everything you need. An excellent experience in every way!
