Vacation rentals with lake access in La Tuque

I booked this for a late birthday celebration of a loved one. We were in awe of how beautiful it was! The view when you sit down at the dining counter in the morning is breathtaking. I was thinking of ways to actually buy the place lol! There was definitely a feminine touch that i noticed right away: Q-tips, round cotton pads, tampons. It was so thoughtful and refreshing to see something different, i love having q-tips wherever i go. Another thing, i was not prepared to how much kitchen ustensiles, seasonings there were. They really thought about EVERYTHING! flour, sugar, different sizes of skillets, etc… i plan to rebook again and again! It was worth every penny. I honestly wish more airbnb owners were this considerate in their planning. From the multiple games in the living room to the extra blankets in case it gets cold, there was a genuine thought behind it. The place is decorated so beautifully and cozy, got me thinking of moving in the mountains. Thank you so much Alex & Sarah!

Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a little getaway! The view from the cottage was absolutely remarkable. We had so much fun out on the water and enjoyed every minute of our stay! We hope to be back one day.✨

We loved this chalet facing the lake, it was so nice to have this calm after traveling several cities. The place is just beautiful, we were blown away! The rooms are really great! The bathroom with bath and shower is great. The living room is tastefully decorated, super comfortable sofa. There's even an electric fireplace that heats the living room a lot! There is a patio with mosquito net which is convenient for eating outside without being eaten by mosquitoes. On the other hand, there is no network in the city, so remember to write down the Airbnb access code so you don't get locked out.

Very nice stay near the mountain! Very clean accommodation and well maintained pool.

Beautiful, comfortable and private cottage. Nature and the river offer beautiful views and the interior layout of the cottage offers spaces conducive to relaxation and contemplation. In short, a real little paradise to get away from everyday life! Not to mention that Valerie and Dustin are caring and warm hosts.

Very nice cottage and very well located in the mountains. Close enough to the parking lots if you have to leave a second car there. The host responds quickly to messages which is always appreciated!

This was the second time we’ve stayed here. It is perfect for a couples long weekend. About 150 meters to the gondola. Totally walkable in ski boots. We kept our skis in our truck (parking is provided) and just grabbed then on the way to the slope. The quiet location is really spectacular and it is an easy walk to the pedestrian village. It is a small but comfortable and clean place. Jean-Guy is a great host. Communication/check in/out instructions were clear and delivered on time. We were told early that it would be available a bit sooner than normal check in, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended for a couple’s getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very welcoming and impeccably clean. The lake is beautiful. Mary and Joel are very responsive and ensure that the stay goes smoothly. I recommend it, perfect for a getaway for 2!

If you like what you see in the photos you will like what you see when you check in. Lots of room, Very very clean. As the unit is a lower level unit ( but ground level) you have a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the entrance (if stairs matters in your selection) we had a rainy weekend so we couldn’t get a fire going in the fire pit so we are hoping our next visit to the area we could try it out. You are right along the biking trails, a short walk to the Petit North so well located

Michel’s place was really beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you need and more! We spent a week with our dog enjoying the perfect location and space. From hot tub to the pellet stove to the arcade game, this truly has everything you need to relax and enjoy. From pre check in to check out, Michel was an outstanding host who was always responsive and helpful. He is so kind and warm always willing to help if we needed anything at all. Truly a superb host! We really would love to come back someday.

A quiet relaxing stay even with the mix of dogs, goats, chickens, rabbit, pigs and ducks. Swimming in the lake was beautiful and hiking at Mont Morissette a must which is not far from Jennifer’s place. Definitely would recommend.

We came for a few days as a couple to rest. The space is a safe haven. It is very well equipped, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation is well thought out and communication with the hosts before and during made the stay all the more enjoyable. This is by far our best Airbnb experience. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.

Small chalet by the water, very nice and comfortable. Small proximity to the neighborhood but it doesn't interfere with our privacy. We enjoyed staying there, lots of things available, comfortable bed, kitchen, equipped bathroom and outside space to make a fire, kayak or paddleboard. i recommend it. 😊

The house is very nice, very well equipped, beautiful view of the lake ( frozen for us ). The neighborhood is quiet.

We were very pleased with our stay! The cottage was exactly what we had hoped for — cozy, well-equipped, and comfortable. Although the weather wasn’t ideal on our first day, we made the most of it and still had a wonderful time. The views were absolutely spectacular. Everything worked perfectly, and Ashley’s clear instructions made the entire experience seamless. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Ashley’s cottage!

Great stay. We had an amazing time. We also brought our dog along and she loved it there. Would come back another time for a weekend get away! Just to say if you have a dog the neighbours dogs come to see you everyday:) Very friendly dogs:) love the views:)

We had a lovely 3 nights at Rene’s place on the lake. The cottage is comfortable and spacious. The view of the lake is fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch since the mosquitoes were quite bad when we were there. We used the barbecue and the fire pit. There are 5 types of boat and Kayak. We used two and also swam in the lake. It was amazing. The weather was gorgeous for the time of year. I think Canadians are more used to the mosquitoes than us Brits. Next time I would bring some DEET. Overall, a fantastic stay, we would definitely come again.

The home was in a good location.Very nice view of the river .It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the kayaks available as well. The cottage had everything needed to prepare a meal Due to an oversight on our part,we didnt see that it was clearly listed as a Keurig and brought coffee for a standard coffee maker but it was fine. We couldnt find dishclothes or dishtowels. The hot tub was nice. Genevieve and Ben were quick to respond to our questions . All in all it was a relaxing weekend and we very much enjoyed kayaking on the river.I would recommend this cottage to others for a nice weekend stay.
