Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Jolie maison indépendante avec terrasse en bois, située au Pyla à seulement 10 mn à pied de la mer par un sentier de forêt. Emplacement rare sans vis à vis, dans le quartier très calme et ensoleillé de l'Ermitage, loin des routes d’accès passantes et bruyantes du Pyla. La maison est de plain pied et propose 10 couchages, avec 4 salles de bains indépendantes. Jolie varangue couverte et festive (table, coin apéro, barbecue). Piscine chauffée récente, et sa terrasse ensoleillée.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the pyla dune, the restaurant La Corniche and the beaches, our house with its charming architecture is in the heart of a magnificent landscaped garden of 1600 m2. You will be won over by its different corners terraces out of sight, its atypical gazebo and its large heated pool (from May to September) (10x5m). Charming, authentic, light and absolute calm at this comfortable, warm and refined decorated villa.

Charming house close to the port of La Teste de Buch and its oyster huts, shops and train station. Beautiful garden, bright living room, typical Arcachon veranda, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms each with its own shower room, 2 toilets, washing machine. Weekly rental during the summer and 2 nights minimum the rest of the year. Possibility of remote working from the house, an office available in the veranda (- 10% on long stays).
