Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.

The apartment is conveniently located between Pereire beach (800m walk and 5 min by bike), Mauresque Park (1km) and Arcachon city center (1.5km). The bakery is at the foot of the house and the Abatilles grocery store within 100m.

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
