Arcachon, très beau T2 de standing au 3ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur, grande terrasse. Cuisine américaine ( voir descriptif). Le retour de cuisine est un ilot comprenant deux chaises hautes pour les repas. Un séjour avec canapé, une TV grand écran. Une chambre avec TV grand écran, un lit de 160 avec matelas TEMPUR. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Baies vitrées avec volets roulants électriques. Parking gratuit avec l'appartement. Plage, port et restaurants à 5 minutes à pied.wifi

Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.
