Very nice 55 m2 duplex apartment on the 2nd floor. 2 minutes from the old port (all the fun without the hassle), 5 minutes from the central market and 7 minutes from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the many charms of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, without direct neighbors: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, overlook the canal and the Saint-Sauveur Church (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

A private terrace features a wooden deck surrounded by greenery, potted plants, and decorative items. A large umbrella provides shade over an outdoor seating area. The view captures a blend of building rooftops and garden aesthetics, creating a tranquil outdoor space.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed).
