This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Get away from the city life in this two bedroom, one bath home, perfect for a weekend or week long getaway! Close to Heron & El Vado Lakes and Cumbres & Toltec Railroad. 40 miles to Pagosa Springs.
