Great place to stay! It was easy to find and exactly what we needed!

Brooke's place was absolutely incredible! The photos really don’t capture how beautiful it is in person. Our only regret was not staying longer—that’s how much we loved it. Brooke is a fantastic host, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

First time visiting Durango and this place was perfect. The place was clean, comfortable and in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Plus it was a short drive to lots of hiking and getting to the town center. I would definitely stay again.

Lee is an excellent host. He was great about communicating clear instructions prior to our arrival. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The apartment is comfortable and reasonably priced. Everything was just as described in the listing.

Had a great stay in this cabin apartment. Secluded enough from the crowds in town but still just a 10min drive to get to the river/food/shops. Having no A/C was much more manageable than I expected since the temperature drops fast once the sun sets. Also even though there are 3 other apartments in the same vicinity, we didn’t run into anyone much and had a quiet stay!

So so so pleasantly surprised! The cabin was spacious and clean. We didn’t have problems with bugs or anything getting inside. Angie and Nicholas were super helpful and proactive! The area is very beautiful, peaceful, and we even got to see quite a few animals walking around. However, you are a bit of drive (around 15-30 mins) from anything. We didn’t really mind, but if you are hoping to be close to shops and restaurants keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Cute little apartment with walkable distance to everything and anything. I was there for my wedding and it met all my needs. I loved the sound machines. They weren’t used but I like having the noise cancelling if needed. we did not feel like the bar next door was too loud but then again we are a younger crowd who sleeps with noise everywhere. 10/10 would stay again and it will hold a special place simply because it’s where I got ready for my wedding ♥️♥️

This is the perfect spot if you are visiting Mancos. It is such a charming little place. So many cool shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Amazing biking and hiking and water activities all within 15-20 minutes. The space was perfect for our group and we really loved being so close to everything.

Great place to stay! Well worth the money! The hospitality from Lee and his wife makes you really feel welcomed!

If you want a place to relax, this is it. Lesley is a wonderful host and her home is exactly what it looks like in the photos and it's beautiful and clean and wonderful. She responds quickly to questions and her home is clean and bright. Don't pass up a chance to stay there!

We had an excellent stay at Silke’s condo in downtown Durango. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops within a few blocks from the condo.

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing, absolutely beautiful and very homey inside. Would definitely come back in the future

I've stayed in several other places in Vallecito, I was so happy to find this place. I love the little dog park!

if you're looking for epic views and peace and quite this is definitely the spot. definitely worth every penny! its a condo in a resort environment. most airbnb rentals have the bare basics. this one had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend staying at Kristen's place.

Highly recommend! The house had beautiful views, was very clean, and felt like home. We’d definitely stay here again. The view from the hot tub is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Rhonda And Todd’s very communicative and helpful.

Unit was very nice, well cleaned with many upgrades. The whole resort is immaculate with great views and amenities . Nearest grocery store is 10 miles away so take what you need. Excellent place , would go to the resort again as well as this unit.

Everything was great

GREAT location just at the end of town. Walkable to the train station, coffee shops (Durango Bagel 😋), boutiques, restaurants, etc. Clean & cozy space. Super helpful staff! Kids loved the rec room. Enjoyed the hot tub! Great stay!

The check in was a little odd. I think this property is a timeshare so we were communicating with someone over the app but there was also a front desk staff that didn’t seem to communicate with the owners. However we loved the location and the room was great. We had plenty of space and could even hear the concert at the restaurant next door from our porch (it ended by 9).

The condo was exactly as described! There was plenty of sleeping space for our family (4 kids and 3 adults) and the 3 bathrooms were very convenient! The location was nice for our summer stay- halfway between Durango and Silverton in Purgatory Ski Resort. We were able to explore the sights and enjoy the natural beauty of Colorado! Kris was a wonderful and kind host. He was very helpful and responsive to our questions! It was nice seeing him on sight during our stay; he was very friendly and conversational. We would love to stay at Brimstone again!

The room is perfect for a couple or small family and also stocked with many things that not all places provide. Access to the golf and pool/jacuzzi was very nice. Quiet was also notable.
