The house is equipped with everything you need to have a nice stay, one block from the beach, a very quiet area to rest, the covered grill and wood stove are a plus, in addition to the green environment. Nicole is always very attentive to everything we ask her, it is definitely a place to come back to.

The listing is completely true to reality, even the kitchen was a little more stocked than we expected. We were 7 people and it was very comfortable for everyone as it has several environments and all comfortable. Daniela and Mariela (property manager in La Paloma) were available for minor inquiries or inconveniences. That the house is facing the sea is priceless and is also meters from a beautiful descent so you can go to the sea walking. As a personal appreciation I want to add that the atmosphere was very welcoming to the whole group. Thank you Daniela and Mariela!

Beautiful house a few yards from the beach. Large, bright, modern, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable and clean. Sanitari too. The neighborhood is very quiet and Carolina recommended great places to go shopping, eating outside and discovering the area. The house does not have a washing machine but you can leave the clothes in a specialized shop in the village in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.

Excellent house, there were 8 of us and everyone was super well accommodated. Super nice indoor space with grill and outdoor area. The place is exactly as in the pictures.

Monica's place is amazing. Perfect location, beach-front, modern, beautiful, contemplative and super equipped. Appreciate the sunset of the courtyard of the house, aiming at the sea, is indescribable. Really, a beautiful experience was our stay in this house. Congratulations to hosts.

A nice place in a very good location. Its balcony in front with shade, garden and privacy ideal for drinking mate.

We found our place in the world in Facundo's depto: it is located on the beach line in La Balconada, the sunrises and sunsets that entered our living room dining room were unforgettable. Tableware and bedding 10, cleaning 10 in end..... Ahh, and has lounge chairs and umbrella , that's more!!! WE RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE HAPPY AGAIN.
