Undivided patio but with an exclusive area for guests; the host uses her side and front patio; guarantees privacy. Shared washing machine Warehouse half a block away; other amenities at three. Access to different beaches in a few minutes. There is a very tame dog and two elusive cats that those who don't know the house won't see.
