In a pretty 1930 Art-Deco building with elevator, a small two-room apartment of 35m², with a very sunny balcony. Comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped for two people, One bedroom with 160 double bed and its very comfortable mattress. Two televisions with Netflix streaming etc. Soundproofed and air-conditioned apartment. Equipped kitchen (and Nespresso machine). Bathroom with large shower, marble effect. Possibility of free baggage drop-off in case of an early arrival or late departure.

Fabulous seafront 4 rooms flat

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. You will be right on the water on the most famous avenue of the Riviera, the Promenade des Anglais. We are also close to the city center but also to the airport. The tram behind the building will take you to the airport in 10 minutes and to the city center in 5 minutes. You'll love my place for its stunning sea views. Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
