Fabulous seafront 4 rooms flat

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Close to the beach, chic area, VERY VERY small 9 m2 (96 sqft) studio in a beautiful Art-Deco building WITH elevator (top floor on foot). Nice view of a wooded courtyard, bright, sunny, very quiet. AIR CONDITIONING. Bathroom OUTSIDE right next door. Kitchen and shower in the same room. Real single bed, excellent comfort. A clean apartment at a very low price, ideal location, simple services for easy-going people. Princes and princesses: this path is not for you.

Two quiet and bright rooms in Nice West

Two-room apartment, 30 m2, quiet, bright, unobstructed view, 4th floor without elevator, traditional Niçoise building, 5-minute walk to the sea and bus and tram stops, many shops within walking distance. Apartment directly next to that of the owner, it corresponds to a part made independent. Check-in is set at 7pm-11pm for security reasons, keys can most often be handed over well before 7pm, let us know the desired check-in time to see if it is possible.

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. You will be right on the water on the most famous avenue of the Riviera, the Promenade des Anglais. We are also close to the city center but also to the airport. The tram behind the building will take you to the airport in 10 minutes and to the city center in 5 minutes. You'll love my place for its stunning sea views. Stunning flat with sea view & garden/ Promenade

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
