Vacation rentals with beach access in La Madeleine, Nice

This is a beautiful apartment! It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and incredibly enjoyable. Sandra is helpful and responsive. The stunning view of the sea is out of every window. You see the sunrise from the shower and the sunset from the primary bedroom. The huge terrace is perfect for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is very functional. There is a washer/dryer combo. The building is in a gated complex so very safe. The neighborhood is a short tram ride from the center of the city and old Nice and a 15 minute walk from the seaside Prom des Anglais. Happily recommend.

Had a great stay! Lovely and thoughtful host. Opposite a nice bakery, super close to the beach, and extremely close to great transport links (the main tram lines are practically on the doorstep). Lovely private balcony - made even more private (in a great way) by a pretty tree. Would definitely come again!

Fue mi primer experiencia en Europa y mi primer experiencia en AirB&B. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, súper cómodo, acogedor, completo, luminoso, lindo y limpio. La ubicación es perfecta …. A 5 min a pie del tranvía donde te podes mover al aeropuerto y por el centro de Nice, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación principal de tren donde te podes mover por toda la costa azul… a 5 minutos a pie de restaurantes… a 10 min a pie de la playa y el emblemático hotel Le Negredo. Pero más allá de eso Nico y Malek son dos anfitriones espectaculares, amables y serviciales. Nos ayudaron con todo, desde abrirnos la puerta ya que por error dejamos las llaves dentro del departamento hasta permitirnos dejar las valijas en un box después del check out. Solo palabras de agradecimiento!

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Jario and Stephan were excellent hosts and were very helpful. They gave great instructions on how to get to the flat and were very welcoming when we arrived. Stephan was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised check in time. The flat is ideally located very close to a tram stop which makes all of Nice very accessible. It is also a very short walk from the sea with a lovely view from the balcony. Would have no hesitation recommending the property or the hosts they were a pleasure to deal with.Will definitely be making a return visit.

Nizza hat uns aussergewöhnlich gut gefallen und Francois Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen,wir würden 10 Sterne geben.🌟👌🏻 Der morgend-und abendliche traumhafte Blick aus der 5.Etage auf die belebte Anglais und das blaue Meer hätte vom 100m benachbarten „ Negresco“ nicht besser sein können….einfach spektakulär schön!😍 Francois ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und netter Vermieter, die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert, die Wohnung mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet, sogar Bügelbrett, Sonnenschirm und Strandmatte🫶🏻 Perfekte Lage..Strand und Strandklub, Restaurants,Mieträder,Bus direkt vor der Tür. Zum Herzen von Nizza kann man direkt losbummeln. Wir haben es geliebt mit dem „ Lime“ loszuradeln. Nach Monaco und Cannes sind es 20 min dem Zug ab Nice-Ville..sehr unkompliziert🤩 Kleiner Tipp: Vom und zum Flughafen am besten mit der Straßenbahn , 20 min bis/von Alsace-Lorraine, dann ca.700m zu Fuß.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Jalil, Sabine und ihren beiden Söhnen war rundum perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, liegt schön im Garten der Familie und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Nizza und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Mit Leihfahrrädern, die fußläufig erreichbar sind, ist man schnell am Meer und in der Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci ❤️

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer. Appartement gut ausgestattet mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, schöner Dusche etc. Kleiner Negativpunkt: Schlafsofa nicht sonderlich bequem, zu wenig Toil.Papier.

To start with Martina was amazing, responsive and super helpful. She was also super flexible. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all things needed to make cook. The AC in each room works perfect. And the view from the balcony takes this place to another level. The elevator always worked for us which was also a plus. Would highly recommend and will def try to come back and stay at Martina’s 😬

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Bedroom very relaxing and peaceful, comfortable superking bed, ceiling to floor window, stunning views. Shower room, fabulous. Key box for property access and parking. We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at this apartment! Fairly spacious and beautiful view of the sea. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed! The beach was less than 1 minute away so the location was good but isn’t much to do around. The host was amazing from check in till check out. They clearly communicated everything and even gave us many recommendations. So kind and amazing! They allowed us to check in earlier and leave later!! Super super helpful as we had a late flight and we appreciated this very much. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
