Vacation rentals with beach access in La Couarde-sur-Mer

We had a lovely stay, apparently quiet and pleasant, all comforts!

Excellent stay. The apartment is very clean, ideally located and matches the listing.

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

What a wonderful place in the best part of Île de Ré. We had such excellent hosts, Anne Kathrine and Remy. Special mention to Maya, their beautiful and friendly dog, her daily greetings were so welcoming. We leave with lovely memories of a great revisit to the island after 32 years! We were warmly welcomed by Sylvie, who was very available and gave good advice for discovering the activities and beaches nearby. It allowed us to arrive at the time that suited us, which greatly facilitated our settling in. The apartment is impeccable: clean, well maintained and comfortable to live in. It offers partial sea views, which further adds to the charm of the stay. I highly recommend this place for a successful stay in peace.

We had a lovely stay at this place. We discovered La Couarde, which we really liked (central square on the island, caterers, covered market with few stalls but quality, kindness of the people we met ...). We were a little far from the center on foot but we didn't mind (25 minute walk). The residence where the accommodation is located is very pleasant and has all the amenities (tennis court, ping pong table in a covered place, small green space...) Only thing a little inconvenient to the noise from the road to Ars. The interior of the accommodation was very nice and cozy, with a large comfortable sofa and a large table, the bedding was fine and all the kitchenware was there. Communication with our host was discreet

A great stay in La Couarde at this place Clean, very well decorated, very well equipped, very comfortable, with a pleasant and well-equipped outdoor area and close to the city center, the tourist office and shuttles for the whole island (ideal when you come without a car) Some suggestions: - offer a map of the island and shuttle schedules (we left some) - make the operating instructions for household appliances available: a little complicated with the coffee maker....😊

We had a pleasant family weekend in the sun, without a car! From our accommodation, we were able to cycle the island's beautiful trails. For the beach, we could walk there. For shopping, everything was nearby. The accommodation was well suited for our 2 families, inside and out. Comfort and cleanliness. Beautiful memories for all of us!

Four idyllic days on this island that I love with all my heart, in Celine's house, perfect, quiet, close to everything (market, city center, slopes, beach) and with a peaceful charm. A wonderful break

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is as described, nothing to report! The only downside: the top bunk beds squeak a lot when you move at night.

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Idyllic stay on the Île de Ré thanks to this impeccable and ideally located studio. Elisabeth is a thoughtful host who doesn't hesitate to give valuable tips and good advice. The studio is very well equipped and very clean. Ideally located on the port of Saint-Martin, we are however quiet even with the windows open, and its location makes it very easy to access the bike paths to explore the entire island. Thank you Elisabeth for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!!!!

Had a great time at Arnaud's apartment. Very well hosted by Fadia. The location is perfect for going to La Rochelle in 10 minutes on foot by the sea.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need. Extremely clean and we'll decorated. Very close to great restaurants. Highly recommend.

An amazing place to stay in the best location to be honest!

We spent 2 amazing days in the heart of Île de Ré. We were able to book the accommodation at the last minute, which allowed us to leave unexpectedly :)

We had a lovely stay at Ingrid's apartment. It is located close to the port. Facing to the west, it is sunny at the end of the day . It has a parking space and bike storage in a secure residence (a big plus for a stay on Île de Ré where the interest is to get around by bike). It is well equipped and very clean. Bedding is good. Ingrid is friendly and available. Good location!
