Vacation rentals with beach access in Charente-Maritime

We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a lovely seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds to messages very quickly. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Great stay in La Rochelle. Marine is a great host, responding quickly to messages. The accommodation is great and very convenient, close to the old port and everything is within walking distance. We were 2 adults and 1 baby and Marine provided us with a travel crib and even small toys. So many small touches that made this stay so pleasant. I'd recommend it without so much as a second thought!

Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

Nadia place is on a quiet residential cul-de- sac on edge of a village , private entrance & beautiful garden to enjoy. Everything is in Immaculate condition, a great well equipped kitchen that was a joy to cook in & Nadia has thought of everything ! Loved spending time with Nadia & her husband who are both great hosts. For us it was a special place to finish our little French tour . Totally recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

We had a lovely stay at La Cottinière. The place is comfortable and peaceful. Patrick recommended plenty of restaurants and beaches in the area.

We had a wonderful weekend at Olivier's. We were hosted very well, in person, in this accommodation close to the train station and close to the beaches of Royan. Everything was spotless, Olivier was very accommodating. The small garden is super nice, for eating outside or playing a board game. There are all the amenities inside, real separate bedrooms. I would this place without any restrictions.

Very beautiful house in the countryside. There was nothing missing. Nadine and Philippe are very welcoming and responsive. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their beautiful terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
