We had an absolutely amazing stay in Veggli. The cabin was nestled in the beautiful mountains, providing a peaceful and scenic escape. One of the biggest highlights of our trip was witnessing the northern lights dancing across the sky, an unforgettable experience. We also had so much fun playing in the snow, exploring the winter wonderland right outside the door. After a day of adventure, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect! The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. The host was fantastic, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical mountain getaway, and we would love to return.

We had a great stay at Pål's cabin :) It was very clean, Pål was very responsive, and it had all the amenities we wanted (full kitchen, sauna, hot tub, comfy beds). We had an abnormally warm weekend for early March but the snow was still quite nice and we were able to utilize the nearby cross-country trail with very nice views of the mountains. Hot tub was perfect end to the day. Would highly recommend!

Amazing location in the mountains with no neighbors. West facing cabin so you have sun the whole day. The hot tub is a great place to relax. The cabin itself was very cozy with all the modern comforts available - electricity for charging laptops etc. Nothing was missing and lots of firewood to keep the hot tub heated. A hidden jewel is what the place felt like. We will definitely come back😊

Comfortable cottage in quiet surroundings. Great hiking terrain and a short walk to the cafe and shop. The cabin was well equipped and everything worked perfectly. Really nice bonus with outdoor jacuzzi. We were there in the summer, but the cabin is probably just as nice in the winter too.

Shortly before arrival, all useful information, such as key box, sauna and pool instructions, etc. came in the travel guide. We found our way around very well and it was even more beautiful than in the photos! The hosts always responded quickly and very friendly to questions. We will be happy to come back!☺️

We have had a nice and relaxing stay and the cabin met all our expectations. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a large nice bathroom and good beds. Right by the cabin there is a starting point for several nice walks in the mountains and below the cabin there is a small lake with possibilities for swimming and fishing.

Super lovely stay for my parents from the UK to enjoy their first cabin experience. Large family cabin perfect for families young and old. Great spot to get to explore Rjukan and Telemark. Lovely history and quite a famous family cabin in Hytte magazine! Takk

I fall in love for the view in the cabin!! The access can be difficult in Winter time, but i think this make the experience better and unique :)) The cabin itself its well prederved, clean and everything works fine, we had a really good time there. Heidi is one of the best Hosts I had in Airbnb, fast responses and gentle, much appreciate! No coments for Gaustablikk region, its a dream 😍

Wholehearted recommendation!! We have had a fantastic stay in Peter and Vibeke's little gem of a cabin on the mountain! Of course, you have to be ready for a primitive life, without electricity and running water... and with the possibility of carrying everything you bring 500 meters up the mountain to the cabin :) BUT in return you get a peaceful and spectacular stay in the middle of the forest, high up on the mountainside. Ovenikøbet with sauna option and the finest pool in the middle of the basin. Peter gave quick and precise instructions that solve the small problems we ran into. We can highly recommend a trip to the cottage at Hovin!!

We spent a week at Karoline's place. It was very cozy and quiet, we felt right at home. Karoline was super nice and always easy to reach.

The stay with Kristin was absolutely amazing! The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to great hiking areas. The view from the place was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed every moment. The communication with Kristin was great, she was always available and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a great week in Alexander's cottage. It is very comfortably furnished and very nicely bright with large windows and the fireplace. The layout of the cottage is great because there is also a small extra living room where you can retreat upstairs. Having 2 bathrooms and a sauna was very nice. The kitchen and large dining table were great for cooking and for our game nights. There were also lots of games on site. We were able to walk well with the dogs from the hut, because there are very few cars up there and with the new snow also ski-in ski-out directly from the hut. 😊 Alexander was always available and helped us very quickly with any questions. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you!!

Gorgeous little house in a winter wonderland. It was perfect for our family. We had a really good time!!

We were a group of 5 friends taking a skiing trip to Gaustablikk. The cabin met our needs perfectly. It is very conveniently situated on the ski slope and was spacious enough for us five. The cabin is in very good condition and was very clean and warm for our arrival. Sara and Björn provided us with all the information we needed before our trip and were very helpful in allowing us the check in early. Would highly recommend.

We were 9 people (5 adults and 4 children). Kristine's house met all our standards of comfort and elegance, with a magnificent view of the mountains and lake. The location is really nice for nature lovers and children for hiking, tobogganing and skiing. We wanted to discover Norway in all its splendor, and now we have! Kristine is available and will advise you on what to see and do in the area. We 100% approved this house!!!😁

A gorgeous cabin with an amazing view. Lots of activities in the local area but also a great place to chill and take in the views for a day if needed. The host is very responsive and kind as are the locals.
