Very nice cottage, well located on Vegglifjell. Modern facilities, and very well prepared for guests. Sofie was a wonderful host for us, so we'd love to come back later

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Veggli. The cabin was nestled in the beautiful mountains, providing a peaceful and scenic escape. One of the biggest highlights of our trip was witnessing the northern lights dancing across the sky, an unforgettable experience. We also had so much fun playing in the snow, exploring the winter wonderland right outside the door. After a day of adventure, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect! The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. The host was fantastic, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical mountain getaway, and we would love to return.

We had a great stay at Pål's cabin :) It was very clean, Pål was very responsive, and it had all the amenities we wanted (full kitchen, sauna, hot tub, comfy beds). We had an abnormally warm weekend for early March but the snow was still quite nice and we were able to utilize the nearby cross-country trail with very nice views of the mountains. Hot tub was perfect end to the day. Would highly recommend!

Vegard has provided accommodation to us that was wonderful with everything and in the middle of nature. We even were lucky with snow, turning the entire living into a winter wonderland. This is how you dream of a winder vacation in Norway. It was just a blast, and we will come again 😀

Paradise destination for family with kids seeking for disconnecting from the city life to enjoy real nature. The house is well equipped and provides a lot of fun activities such as a boat to explore the lake or the jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. Communication with Arnt-Willy was great, as he provided a lot of information and support swiftly. We will definitely try to come back again!

Wholehearted recommendation!! We have had a fantastic stay in Peter and Vibeke's little gem of a cabin on the mountain! Of course, you have to be ready for a primitive life, without electricity and running water... and with the possibility of carrying everything you bring 500 meters up the mountain to the cabin :) BUT in return you get a peaceful and spectacular stay in the middle of the forest, high up on the mountainside. Ovenikøbet with sauna option and the finest pool in the middle of the basin. Peter gave quick and precise instructions that solve the small problems we ran into. We can highly recommend a trip to the cottage at Hovin!!

We spent a week at Karoline's place. It was very cozy and quiet, we felt right at home. Karoline was super nice and always easy to reach.

This cabin is probably the best wild Airbnb I’ve ever booked. If you’re looking for a place to completely disconnect, reconnect with nature and enjoy total peace and quiet, this is the perfect spot. I spent 10 days here for a digital detox.The cabin is beautifully located in the Norwegian wilderness. After a lovely 45 minute hike through peaceful forest, you’ll find yourself completely alone. During my entire stay, I didn’t see a single other person. The setup is well thought out. There’s a wood-burning stove, a gas cooker, pots, cutlery, an outdoor fire pit, plenty of firewood, candles, a water filter, and even a small solar panel to charge your phone. There’s also phone signal up there if you ever need to be reachable. Right next to the cabin there’s a lake where you can wash and truly experience nature. Casper is a wonderful host and a genuinely kind person. You can feel that he shares this place with love and care. I’m truly grateful that he makes it possible to stay there

We've had a great week at Christine's cabin. There's everything you need, and it's clear what to bring. Christine has been the most responsive host for all the questions I've thrown her way. The cabin is right on the green trail, so it couldn't be more perfect. There are also nice walks with the dog if you bring it. All in all, I can only recommend staying in the cabin and we are absolutely sure we will be back: -)

We had a great week in Alexander's cottage. It is very comfortably furnished and very nicely bright with large windows and the fireplace. The layout of the cottage is great because there is also a small extra living room where you can retreat upstairs. Having 2 bathrooms and a sauna was very nice. The kitchen and large dining table were great for cooking and for our game nights. There were also lots of games on site. We were able to walk well with the dogs from the hut, because there are very few cars up there and with the new snow also ski-in ski-out directly from the hut. 😊 Alexander was always available and helped us very quickly with any questions. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you!!

Charlotte was very warm, welcoming flexible, immensely helpful to any questions and being very responsive. The home is as good as it looks in the photos with everything that you could possibly need as well as a beautiful view that makes the home one of the best spots for this area.

We borrowed a cabin for three days during the winter holidays, two adults and two children of 8 and 10 years. There are some ski slopes right by the cabin that we took advantage of, so there were two days of skiing. The first day we were at Gausta ski center, which is about 40 minutes drive away. We especially enjoyed the cozy and spacious cabin and the quiet area and we would love to choose this cabin again.

This was our second time booking the cabin and once again our expectations were met for the cabin and the area. We can definitely recommend the cabin. We had a great holiday and the cabin is perfect for a large family or multiple families.

We were three families who cost us a lot at the nice cabin. Incredibly great view of Gaustatoppen and nice location for us who were on slalom. Recommended!

We had a great weekend at Grandma's stolen. Can really recommend the place and the hostess. Clean, tidy and delicate decor. Lovely to get up to the beds made up. We are happy to leave here again
