One of the best stays we've had in all our years on Airbnb. We're sorry we didn't stay longer. Simply perfect and the hosts were always ready to help us, they even cleared the snow that accumulated at the entrance more than once.

Geir’s place is in a wonderful location. Peaceful and set in nature beside a lake. Communication went well and nothing was a problem. We stayed in winter. It was warm and comfortable. This is a perfect place to view the Northern Lights which we saw and just relax.

We were in Alta in connection with a few days off in the middle of the week, and booked the day before and were lucky that it was available. Very nice and cozy house, quiet and child-friendly neighborhood. It was easy to check in and it was easy to communicate with Maja. We had some nice days here, thank you 😁

This was a very well equipped and comfortable home with fantastic views of Soraya and Seiland islands. It's easily walkable to the town and harbour.

Vebjørn and his place really saves us when bad weather stopped our travel further north. Vebjørn responded quickly and made sure the house was ready for us on very short notice. Although our short, one-night stay limited the possibility to explore the premises and the surroundings, everything looked very good. We arrived and left by taxi, so we have no experience with other means of transport to and from the house.

Big and airy... Good kitchen knife and good bed.. I don't need more Bonus with good view. Short distance to everything (if you have a car)

Very lovely and simple cabin in an absolutely beautiful seaside view. It is a perfect place for people who value peace, quietness, nature and solitary over modern accommodations.

Ingrid and Tommy are super friendly host who cared that our stay is perfect, from the pick up till tips for ski touring. Also the house was perfect for what we wished for, remoteness, activities in front of the door and a beautiful view.

Andreas was very helpfull and friendly host. The instructions were great and he also gave us very usefull information concerning our fishing trip. The surroundings of the cottage was very beautiful and peacefull. Everything was as promised.

Very nice and easy communication. The cabin was cozy and warm. The views were amazing, and the mountains were easily accessible right from the backyard. Warmly recommended! :)

I spent two days here. Very good accommodation. Peaceful. The apartment was clean. Small food and drink was available. The location was great, the Rock Art of Alta within walking distance, grocery store nearby. Half an hour drive to the canyon starting point. I highly recommend Vibek's accommodation. Very nice cottage in the middle of nature, but still quite easily accessible. Perfect to serve as base for fishing and hiking.

Great place! The communication was quick and everything was explained really well. Would have loved to have stayed there longer but we were only passing through. The sauna and fireplace are really nice when coming in from the cold. Saw some northern lights as well!

Frank was a great host and the place a unique experience. The reindeer soup Frank made for us was delicious. The sauna as well as the hot tub were super relaxing.

Frank is a terrific host—responsive, friendly. Our group of 8 cyclists needed a place to stay after a cold ride and the turf houses were both iconic and cozy. Highly recommended!

Very friendly host. Fantastically beautiful cottage, very cozy. Very quiet and quiet environment. We slept wonderfully and the jaccuzi was a plus for relaxing to leave again.

We stayed for three nights and had a terrific time at Randis place! The cabin’s interior is quite stylish and modern with enough open space but cozy at the same time. The whole place was spotlessly clean and all the kitchen and bathroom appliances are brand new. We had some good nights sleep on the pleasingly firm mattresses and enjoyed sitting on the terrace and watching the surrounding nature. To get to the cabin, you need to walk a short distance from the parking space, but there are pushing carts at hand so you don’t have to carry all your luggage. Advantage: no car noises (in fact, all the other cabins in the area weren’t even in use at the time of our stay). Should you be planning to go the north cape (as we did) make sure to pause here for some days and not only for one night! To sum it up: A perfect accommodation to relax and enjoy nature, we would’ve loved to stay even longer .

Amazing place! The landscape is absolutely beautiful — peaceful and scenic. The house is cozy and welcoming, and the kitchen has absolutely everything you might need. Would love to come back!

Had a wonderful stay. We were looking for a rest after having travelled from the Netherlands to the North Cape, which this was perfect for. Super cozy little hut for sleeping, dog was allowed inside also. We made use of the fireplace outside and had a relaxing time. Definitely recommend and we will plan to come back some time in the winter!

We had a wonderful stay in Gunnhilds little paradise. The house is very cosy and the surroundings spectacular. Gunnhild is a great host and always there for support when needed. We really hope to be back another time! :-)
