It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

People sometimes say that being here is like being in a fairytale, somewhere behind the nine mountains... :) River Kolpa is only 200m away. 'Beljan's barn has been transformd into attractive space for relaxation, which in direct contact with the garden offers the feeling of being outdoors. Here you will find everything you need for an easy stay in nature, including the comfort of a warm bed and a crackling fire. You may aslo find a spacial book to read in the library. The garden is open, green and enjoyable, great as a starting point for a nearby walking trails and as relaxation endpoint after hikes.

Our vacation house Polane is great for couples or families with kids and also for bigger groups because we can host up to 8 people. It has large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a big terrace on the ground floor. Upper floor has another two bedrooms, bathroom and smaller terrace. House has 200 m2 and it is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, central heating, satellite TV and barbecue located on 2.000 m2 large courtyard.
