Newly renovated apartment on the second floor with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 m from the ocean and the fishing entrance's popular swimming area. Our house is located in a quiet street and it is only 1,5 km down to the center of Kungshamn where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance, described in the guidebook. Ps…final cleaning is not included and parking is about 100m from the property. Bed sheets and towels and towels are included.

Rent our brand new apt at cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 m. the jetty is our 3rd with many beds and a large ocean view balcony. From Kleven it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apt and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Webergrill, TV. 100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.
