Vacation rentals with a patio in Kumarakom

The place was so beautiful and cozy. We had a very nice stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a great place for some piece and quiet and yet so close to the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for people who intend to explore Kochi.

We absolutely loved the space as it was just enough for the two of us and our dog. The place was easy to find and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end with the hosts being accessible at all times, checking in to see if we needed any help. The security at the property was also very helpful and hands on with aiding us in any way needed. Would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kochi!

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

Excellent location. You can see Lulu Mall and walk to Lulu in 3 minutes, and the Metro station is 2 minutes away. Clean and quiet place, and an easy self-check-in. No troubles from security or the caretaker. Excellent designated car parking. Saravanabhavan is in the adjoining building with excellent veg food. The place is worth for money.

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. A perfect stay near Amrita Hospital! Rahi Place was an excellent choice—very clean, modern, and located in a brand-new building. It’s just a few minutes’ away from Amrita Hospital and 5min drive Lulu Mall, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with all essential amenities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The host was extremely responsive, and the caretakers were always available and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Gasse, aber mit Neil's Videobeschreibung super zu finden. Es ist groß und wir haben besonders die Waschmaschine genossen, da wir lange unterwegs sind. WLAN funktioniert super und die Küche hat die wichtigsten Dinge wie Wasserfilter, Wasserkochers und Toaster etc. Neil hat immer zügig geantwortet. Wir waren froh, in Fort Kochi gebucht zu haben. Es hat wirklich Flair.

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

Had an amazing stay at Jacob’s Inn for 2 weeks. Anisha was a very friendly and helpful host and provided clear instructions on what to do regarding check-in and other amenities. The place has towels and kitchen amenities which was very useful. All bedrooms had a good space and looked exactly like the pictures. All rooms have A/C and fans too which is a perfect bonus. Will gladly come stay here again. 10/10 would recommend if you are on holiday here with family for a week or so as it is close to the metro station, easily accessible and has many restaurants/services around it.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)
