The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

The location is conveniently connected to the main town. Do note, however, that the property is situated in a narrow lane—though easily accessible—If you come with the car, ample parking space is available just outside(main road) and is safe. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience.

If you're looking for a cheap getaway and merge with nature, this place is for you. Mind you the house is small, but the environment makes up for the quaint little place. We felt one with nature and got to experience a vintage era. Overall it was a refreshing and mesmerizing experience.

Second time back and still absolutely lush. The place has such a calm, laid-back vibe – proper peaceful. You get cracking views of the sunrise and sunset, and if you’re anything like me and love just parking yourself outside with a cuppa, soaking up those stunning Kerala scenes, it’s spot on. Proper little getaway!

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Swimming pool which was open for 24 hours had complete privacy and the water was crystal clear. Delicious home cooked breakfast was served. Host was really helpful ensuring we had everything we needed😇❤️.

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

The farmhouse is the perfect location for leisure as well as work. The wifi is great and there is a power backup. Mr Vishnu has thought of literally everything needed for a comfortable long stay. The kitchen is fully functional with the required utensils, basic groceries and even a mini fridge. Our personal favourite was the skylight roof bathroom. The place is quiet, peaceful and clean. There is a huge temple right opposite the property and the beaches are only a couple of kms away - easily walkable. Overall, we had a great time!
