Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kukci

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Everything is great, there are no complaints. Friendly hosts, great accommodation :)

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The surrounding area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. At the pool, we couldn't figure out where to heat it, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect place to stay for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Piran after a few days in Central Slovenia - apartment was perfect for our group of two couples with room to spare. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Would certainly recommend. Sweet seaside town.

Jens is a nice fast responding host. The house has been renovated and decorated with a lot of love and care. Delicious base to, among others, Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point to make beautiful trips with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

Our stay at Kristina's was just perfect. We traveled as a couple with a dog and felt comfortable in the accommodation from the very first second. The contact was easy and hassle-free and very welcoming! The apartment is tastefully decorated and the fenced garden is a beautiful retreat to end the evening with a glass of wine. It was a wonderful short break for us and we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

A nice apartment in a really beautiful and peaceful place. The beach was conveniently close (1km) and also a hiking trail. The apartment was really cozy and tidy and we had a great time there!

Zenija was a really great host. She responds to messages super quickly and takes great care. Villa Paolo we were in was super nice and has enough space for 8 people. The equipment of the individual rooms was good and thoughtful. Only the kitchen was a little lean, but even there Zenija provided us with more utensils, great service on a Sunday.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming from the outside, but ultra-modern inside – a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really didn't miss anything: everything was sparkling clean, well equipped and designed with a lot of love for detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

A fantastic stay! What a luxury! Mikela is always there for you! Lovely swimming pool too, still a little cold but with a little practice it gets easier and easier😉. (early May) Lovely quiet area where you can really unwind and lots of comfort of the house and all spaces! In addition, all nice outings can be reached within half an hour - 3/4 hours. Certainly for repetition!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us in a very friendly way and first gave us a guided tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, straightforward and fast. Everything matched the description and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela as well as Korado as hosts.

We were particularly enthusiastic about the high-quality olive oil and the delicious wines that were available directly on site – a wonderful regional addition! The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is beautifully maintained, the pool invites you to relax and the small but very well-equipped gym was perfect to stay active on vacation. The reception was extremely warm – we were greeted in a very friendly way and received many great recommendations for the area. The host was always available and made our stay all around pleasant with his helpfulness. We highly recommend this house and the hosts and will definitely come back! 🍷🏡

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.
