Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ksamil

Had a great stay at Anxhela's place. She was always extremely helpful and accommodating. The place is quiet and great location for many things to do. However, the car is absolutely necessary. The place was totally clean and everything was available (incl. Pepper, salt, toilet paper, linens, towels, etc.). At our arrival we were greeted by a nice gentleman, otherwise we probably wouldn't have found it directly. Overall it was a great stay (also highly recommended with two small children), with a very nice hostess. Absolutely recommended!

I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay in Corfu. The house is a family holiday home and it feels well loved. Everything is there to enjoy time together, lovely lawn area for games, right on a lovely beach, meals on the generous balcony, very functional kitchen. And a 10 min drive to Kassiopi for lots of good restaurants. I would definitely get a car, the walk to the town is 20 mins. Thanks to Caroline for all your help.

Our holiday was everything we imagined and hoped for. We arrived and found the villa to be beautiful, quiet and peaceful, set in lovely gardens. We literally put our bags down, got into our swimsuits and into the pool. Every morning we woke to sunshine, beautiful views, and had coffee on the balcony. We spent most of the day in the sea, swimming with the fish. The water is so clear. We loved the pool, had fantastic family BBQs outside. The taverna next door is friendly, has fabulous local food - you need to book. There are loads of things to do for all budgets. Lisa, the concierge is fantastic. She treated us as if our holiday was the most important one, she was friendly, informative and made us feel very welcome. She booked trips for us, nothing was too much trouble. There was fresh fruit and water, wine and bread and a selection of local food waiting for us, a wonderful welcome gift from Katerina. We can’t recommend Avlaki beach Villa highly enough and we hope to return often.

Leigh’s villa is incredible! The outside of the villa exceeded all expectations, the view was stunning. The outdoor kitchen and eating area is fab. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with a fridge full of goodies. Gianni greeted us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know, and when we had a small ice machine malfunction he was on site within 10 minutes to help us. The house was very clean and roomy. Wifi works really well. It’s a great private location and a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Only constructive feedback would be that two of the rooms are two single beds pushed close to each other, but because of the bedposts you can’t push them together. The single beds we found rather uncomfortable and small so may need a thicker mattress? However those of us that stayed in the double rooms were very comfortable and slept well every night! Just returned from a wonderful week’s stay. It looked lovely in the pictures but we could not believe how beautiful it was in real life! Such attention made it a lovely surrounding. So much space too. Although we were a family with 3 adults and 1 toddler, you would have enough space to be 6 adults easily. I definitely want to stay again. One call out is that the roads are very steep and hairy to get to the villa. A car is recommended but we would have been terrified to drive. We got taxis everywhere, which you need to book in advance but that was fine for us. I’d recommend going to the big Lidl on the way to the villa because it’s significantly cheaper than the little supermarkets closer to the villa and lots more choice. We didn’t use the grocery delivery service because that was much more expensive. We had a great time hiring a small boat one day and pootling along the coastline. It was totally glorious. Other than that we happily spent a lot of time at the villa as it was beaut.

Fantastic house great for big families! we felt immediately at home and whatever we needed from the landlord was constantly given to us without any questions! We felt always heard and the house it self was so clean peaceful and quiet! I leave Xarre happy and content! Also Xarre for the ones who don't know is super close to ksamil!! and the people in the village so lovely and friendly!!

Maria was really nice and understanding even if we made changes for the check in. She and her family were really nice and supportive. Thank you for the experience 😊

I and my family picked this location as it was in a good location, very private and very affordable. The house was very clean, with all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive and helpful.. The locations was easy to find due signs and check in was very straightforward. Thank you for sharing your lovely house!

fantastic apartment not far from the beautiful front of sarande, we had a couple of issues with the sink tap and lights but once we messaged the host they was fixed that day, only one bedroom with a mirror so could potentially do with more and one in each room, but highly recommend a stay here the views are stunning

Another wonderful stay at Lee’s apartment. It’s truly fantastic with everything you could need with of course the amazing views from the terrace and bedroom topping it off. The photos don’t do it justice. The team there work hard to make sure everything is taken care of, even plasters in the first aid box for my son when he cut his toe! Just about to try and book again for our next trip.

An absolute amazing host! Would recommend to anyone travelling to the area :) Will definitely be visiting again!

great location and we felt at home. We found all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. So many small attentions that made a difference. A fresh drink in the refrigerator....a welcome bottle of wine and a treat that you never refuse. Highly recommend for a holiday in Corfu

Just home from a relaxing week here. Loved this authentic Greek apartment with its fabulous balcony looking out to the bay! Most of our awake time at the apartment was spent on the balcony, the view in reality is better than the pictures! Apartment has all you need and importantly a comfortable bed. Restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance (5-10mins max) Choice of local beaches with lovely clear water for swimming- recommend taking beach shoes as most beaches stoney/pebbly. Would definitely stay again if returning to Corfu.

This was a dream vacation, ever since my daughter and I watched the BBC series about the Durrells in Corfu. The Villa was gorgeous, huge and very comfortable for our family of 4. Having the 2.5 bathrooms was great. The views were insane, pictures cannot do it justice. I recommend renting an automatic car. The climb to the house is very steep and you may need to back up and pull over to let other cars by. Hans was an amazing host, extremely responsive, full of recommendations, and after we arrived, sent over a delivery of snacks and drinks after letting us check in early. We ordered pastries from the local bakery for delivery, loved the local Nissaki beach for morning swims, ate at the White House, Igera, Vitamins, took a private boat to Paxos and the blue caves, visited Kassiopi, Agni, and Barbati beaches. Book sun chairs at the Crystal Seaside experience. Hans helped my husband rent a bike, and he rode all over. Don't miss the Sea Calls Shop for souvenirs! Book this Villa!

A very high spec villa with wonderful finishes and great cooling system which made the villa comfortable even in very high temperatures. A stunning view and friendly local supermarket and bakery. The owner left very thoughtful food gifts and very helpful tips and advice for the stay and the villa was cleaned by a lovely lady mid week. I would not recommend the villa for anyone with younger kids and the pool more of a plunge pool to cool down rather than a place to stay and play for the whole day. Car essential given the steep hill up.

Very beautiful property and location. Well stocked with food upon check in. Abundant privacy with each bedroom on a different level with its own bathroom. Fotis was very accommodating when we locked ourselves out of the house.

We loved our stay here! The villa was beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. Agni bay is great - a few restaurant options and boat hire from the bay. We didn’t have a car and didn’t miss it - local supermarkets even do delivery. It’s a lovely pleasant 20 minute walk to Kalami bay. Beautiful sunrises over Albania too. Ingrid was very helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping staff were great. (Do bring your mosquito spray!)

Our stay was a hit. Clean apartment with a fantastic location and stunning views of the bay. The location was great, a short walk away from the promenade. Sheme communicated quickly, was friendly, just super. I am booking if staying for many years and several times a year, and Sheme's stay is really a topper, thank you Sheme for 3 wonderful days

The villa was amazing with incredible views. Local taverna is a 2 min walk along the beach. The town is a 15 min walk with some great restaurants and marina. Property felt peaceful, private and comfortable. Katerina was very helpful and friendly. Wifi could be significantly better as was extremely slow and regularly dropped out, but that may just be the area. We will certainly return for another holiday here - we loved it!!

Great stay at Villa Maria, the views are to die for, could happily have sat on the terrace all day long. Pretty easy 5 minute walk into the lovely Agios Stefanos with its tavernas and bars - bit of a steep walk back but nothing too taxing. Really lovely corner of Corfu. Villa was as described and had everything we needed. Pool was lovely. Johnny was a very responsive host.
