The house is charming, spacious, and cozy, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, right next to the river, but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores, and a 25 minute walk to the center. Irina is a welcoming, communicative, kind, and attentive host. Her father is a nice cab driver who kindly drove us to a remote hiking trail. He even walked me to the nearby Jewish cemetery, and showed me homes where Jewish families used to live, which was very special. We didn't have time to use the sauna house, but it was nice to have the option. This was an ideal place to have a gathering with a group of people interested in different activities, as there are a lot of common spaces in addition to the six bedrooms. My favorite part was the balcony, which is accessible from the hallway, and overlooks the mountains and river. We saw a beautiful sunrise from there the first morning!

We had a wonderful 5 days at COSY HOUSE:) The hosts are such nice and helpful people! The house was very clean, has everything you need for a stay. Cool interior, especially panoramic windows overlooking the mountain, every evening we watched sunsets and spent time on the terrace) There is a grill area. Within a walking distance there is a beautiful lake and the mountain "Great Table" I recommend climbing. We also had dogs to visit, they love to walk and can go for a walk with you) It's a perfect place for privacy and cozy evenings, we will definitely come back in the fall!

Lovely place - small but very well-thought through. It is idyllic. The view is fantastic, the neighbors sell fresh milk, clean water, thyme grows around the house to make herbal tea. It’s quite and you can hear birds singing. Will work perfectly for people who love mountains and nature, yet not ready to sacrifice on good shower and comfortable bed.

A great house with everything you need. It is quiet around, a large plot in front of the house and a river where you can walk behind it, a barbecue gazebo with a stove. The area is quite isolated and very spacious. Lots, really a lot of bathrooms. Dmitry responds quickly and advises cool places nearby. The only thing was that there was no exact address. It was one of the best vacations. The views are incredible. Comfortable, quality house, everything is provided, even some little things are taken into account. I was with a big dog, thank you for allowing Anatoly. Everything around is well-groomed, clean, convenient. The water is springy! The mushrooms are white, pickle-breakers, pimps, berries (blackberries, strawberries). I really liked everything and willdefinitely come back to you again!

A beautiful house with everything for a comfortable stay. A restaurant has recently opened nearby, so if you do not want to go to the city or cook on your own, then this is ideal (because it is very far to walk, but you can't drive three times a day😅). There are almost no houses around, no people, forest, mountains, there is an opportunity to relax in the sauna and vat. Separately, we are grateful to the administrator Vasyl, who was always in touch, advised the establishments, helped with a taxi and everything that arose questions. Happy to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The fireplace made for such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the clear instructions for everything in the house made our stay seamless. The linens and towels were spotless, as were the bathroom and kitchen, which was also well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge, surrounded by peace and nature. A short 20min drive to Bukovel and some great restaurants within 10 minutes made exploring the area easy. There’s also a nearby bus stop for convenience, though we didn’t use it. Thank you for hosting us in such a lovely space – we truly appreciated the thoughtful decor and the tranquility of the surroundings.

I was looking for a cozy, peaceful place to celebrate my son’s first birthday, and when I opened this listing, I immediately thought, “Wow!” and booked it without hesitation. When we arrived, I couldn’t hold back my tears of happiness—this felt like a five-star hotel experience high up in the mountains. What could be better? This place has its own soul, and that’s all thanks to Vasyliy. The combination of books on the shelves and authentic cultural art pieces created a truly special atmosphere. I deeply appreciate the care, kindness, and support I felt throughout our stay. P.S. Since it was my son’s birthday, I craved some local cuisine, and we were treated to a special home-cooked meal—banosh! It was an unforgettable experience.
